Since I started using Orkin, we have seen zero spiders, wasps, bugs around the house and yard. It has given my family and I peace of mind. Our Orkin associate Tanner has been wonderful. Personal, professional, very knowledgeable. He explains everything he does and how what he uses works. Thank you Orkin!

I had a spider problem in the house.
I contacted Orkin LLC, and from the beginning the customer service was exceptional, they assisted me as quickly as possible.

I have used Orkin for many years at my Texas residence and now for our New Mexico homes. The services now done by my tech, David L Sanders has been fantastic. David is highly professional, has great work ethics, knowledgeable for his field, courteous and truly a kind gentleman. He is definitely an asset for Orkins!!

Had an appointment at up to have the house sprayed. I was notified the day before who would be arriving and at what time. The day of the appointment I recieved a call from David the technician who would be doing the work.
Davis arrived on time and was polite and courteous and answered all of my questions.

Good people! They're on time, reliable and super friendly. Oh and it's affordable too. Without Orkin I know 100% my house would be crawling with scorpions so I'm very glad they come out 👍

He was very nice, answered ALL of my questions and educated me a little bit more on why, where and when the bugs are out etc. Very thorough, happy with this treatment! Thank you David! Update: As always, David is who comes out, does a great job, punctual, and amazing customer service. Very happy that we have a company that shows up on time and have exceptional communications.

At first I was thinking this is a bit pricey, but they were the first ones I called for a price quote. After calling around, I've realized they are well priced for their services and they were literally the only ones I called that asked about any pets or children in the home. Weird nobody else asked even if I was just needing a quote. GREAT customer service. From the time I called for a quote to the first visit today. The man that came out today was very polite and friendly, well knowledgeable, did a thorough job, and very mindful of our pets. 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend Orkin (as of right now, will update about initial services and treatment).

Great company! Very kind and affordable

I requested a quote on a late Friday evening and got a call Saturday morning from them. They had scheduled me for the following Monday. But someone from the local office called me about 30 minutes later and scheduled for someone to be out within the hour! Brandon was our guy. He is AMAZING! He answered all of our questions and listened to all our concerns. He was just awesome! He took his time and addressed all our unseen issues. The interaction was fantastic! So shout out to I believe it was Don and Brandon!!

I chose them because they have an A+ rating with the BBB, who I trust. I will continue using them because of the great value & professional experience! Great job team. 👏👏

We had two young men working extremely hard all day from 9am to 4:30 PM. They were very professional very nice and very knowledgeable about the product about exactly how the products work and I feel very confident in what they got done . We were informed that there are several colonies in our city, but I was mortified when they showed up here! I would highly recommend this company, because I am positively thrilled at the amount of help and work that they did. There is no doubt in my mind that we are definitely gonna be rid of these nasty bugs. Oh yes, they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Both hard-working, with great personalities, and very attentive to any and all of our questions.

Our technician was right on time and worked quickly to get what he needed, done! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about extermination and we truly felt comfortable with the services provided. We felt like our technician truly cared about our concerns and did a great job solving them!
