It is not often that I am compelled to leave a review! Tommy showed up on time and his professionalism was second to none. Excellent service! I would highly recommend Zoom Appliance to anyone!

My experience with Zoom Appliance Repair was fantastic. I was able to easily schedule a same day repair and Tommy was punctual and had all parts ready to install. He drained the water stuck in my broken washing machine and made sure that my laundry room stayed dry and clean. I would highly recommend Zoom Appliance Repair and will definitely use them for any repair needs in the future.

The owner was the one who came to fix my dishwasher. He was wonderful, professional & got it done in a timely manner! Will 100% call them for any future repairs we may need!

I found Zoom through online referral and couldn't be more pleased. Heather at the office was courteous and professional, assisting with questions in advance of scheduling and very communicative throughout.
Tommy and Ethan called in advance of arrival, well within their scheduled window and exhausted options for addressing the ice maker issue prior to offering me the option of replacing the unit (which I did). The pricing was more than fair and they even assisted with questions on some of our other appliances while they were in our home - going so far as to provide some repair tape for my cooktop.
Customer service is an all-too frequently overlooked quality these days, and Zoom is very obviously focused on delivering and maintaining great customer service. It appears that is their goal as a company, and they are meeting it 100 percent.

We had our dishwasher stop draining on Christmas of all days. I was able to get something scheduled with Ms. Heather very quickly. Tommy and his son came out at exactly the time they stated, wore masks the entire time, were engaged with us and fixed our issue accordingly. They were extremely detailed, professional, punctual and affordable. Highly recommended and will definitely use again! Thank you!

Zoom Appliance Repair is first class! They answer the phone, respond quickly and strive to accommodate the clients needs right away. Tommy is a true professional. He doesn’t charge outrageous fees and his work is thorough. Last time we called our dryer had gone out. By the time he got there we also discovered we had a hot water heater leak. Tommy spent several hours helping us with our water heater as well and on a Saturday afternoon. Great company! Highly recommend!

Great service with a fair price. We needed to have an appliance repair shop check out our 5-year old microwave that had quit working. The service call was excellent and at a fair price. Recommended to buy a microwave due to the cost of the part and installation fees. We had Zoom Appliance come back to install our new microwave.

I’ve used Zoom several times over the last 3-4 years and during that time they’ve fixed my fridge, oven, and stovetop. Tommy and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them for all of your appliance repair needs.

This business was such a blessing. We had one tech come out a couple of weeks ago to look at why our freezer and ice maker weren't working. He tried one repair and let us know this particular fridge had this known issue. It was the most affordable repair and to call again if it didn't work. We let them know the next day it hadn't fixed it and they asked to come back out. We let them know we wouldn't be able to pay until next Friday. The owner came by today and fixed it with another repair that took three times as long. We were worried about the cost and again let them know we couldn't pay until payday. Our daughter drew him a picture while he was here and handed it to him. At the end, the owner let us know that we wouldn't owe anything and held up the picture and said "this is all the payment I need right here. Merry Christmas" As a family of 4 little ones, money is always tight. We were brought to tears. We will always use Zoom from now on. Excellent customer service.

Zoom came out to fix my Bosch Dishwasher. They were professional and even fixed what prior repair people messed up. They gave me helpful tips and did not try to upcharge me. Their prices were very reasonable. They are my go to repair company.

We had Ethan out to fix our frig. He was polite, helpful, knowledgeable and actually helped us with another issue we had with another appliance. We will call them again.

I called ZOOM for my LG refrigerator repair. Heather answered the phone and quickly got me an appointment in record time. The technician name Tom came the next day and diagnosed my problem.
I needed a new part which he ordered that evening to be delivered overnight. The next day he called me and said he had the part and he came over and fixed it quickly.
I was more than impressed with the wonderful service that I got from ZOOM. Everything works so smoothly. I will definitely use zoom for all my future Appliance Repair needs. Way to go guys!!!

Both technicians came out. Fixed the washing machine and dishwasher. Fully explained everything including all questions we had. They came again a few weeks later and installed W/D pedestals. Answered questions again. Very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, kind, thoughtful, and a pleasure to talk to. They never made me feel rushed as I asked multiple questions. They even happily showed me anything to clarify whatever I may have been confused about. Took their time and made sure I didn’t need anything else. We HIGHLY recommend this company and I’ll be requesting the same 2 guys for any future appts. Thank you ZOOM!!

Zoom appliance is prompt, professional and highly knowledgeable! Friendly customer service. Ethan came out and cleaned the dryer vent, checked the vent on the roof, replaced a vent that burned and checked the dryer for damage. I cannot thank them enough for top notch service. My Samsung fridge wasn't cooling. Zoom Appliance Repair was recommended on NextDoor so I decided to give them a try. Ethan C. was the tech that showed up and on time. Ethan was very courteous and professional. His knowledge was on point and the job was complete within an hour. I feared the worst but the job was completed within an hour and I thought the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend Zoom and will call them again if needed, but hopefully not. Kodos to Ethan!!!

They don't make appliances like they use to. I have a 7 year old May Tag washing machine that started to give LF Errors even while doing a test run. It had a few things on YouTube to fix, but decided to call a plumber. The plumber I called (Micah's) was kind enough to refer me to Zoom Appliance since they did a heck of a job with their appliance, that was the first good impression. The same day I called Zoom and they scheduled Tommy (the owner) to come out. They notified me when they were coming and was on time, 2nd good impression. Ethan, (Tommy's son) found the solution, and had the part available. He was able to get the washer working good as new within an hour. Seriously good as new, even better than what it was doing a week ago! Not only that, he took a courtesy inventory of the appliances (dryer, stove, dishwasher and Fridge) in case something happens in the near future to them they'll know what we have in case of needed parts they will know (last great impression!). It's good to know we have great folks like Zoom Appliance (family business) to trust and give you a fair quote and get you up and running quickly to get you out of a jam!
