They were prompt, polite, and my carpets, which were heavily pet stained, came out cleaner than I expected! So far no odors have returned. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Kris the owner went above and beyond to get our carpets taken care of. He was very patient and helpful. He explained to us what he was doing and also suggested some cleaning products to keep our house clean. I'll definitely recommend Kris and Stain Busters to everyone!

When we sold our old home they cleaned the carpets in preparation for the sale.

When we moved into our new house they treated the carpeted areas with protectant to help prevent staining.

Just had them here at the house today to clean 2 kids bedrooms, the stairs and hallway leading to their rooms, and an area rug in the living room.

I will continue to go back to them for all my floor cleaning needs and highly recommend them.

We called stainbusters today looking for a carpet & couch cleaning. They got us in same day for half as much as the other companies I called & when I tell you my carpet & couch are SPOTLESS, they are!!! We have 4 young kids, 3 cats & 3 dogs so our carpets get destroyed & our couch is even worse. So I know it was a hard task. They even got set in big red & bubblegum out of the couch!! I am so super impressed & will be using them again. Our tech David was on time, polite & professional. 10/10 super happy!!

Andy Villatoro arrived a bit early and went straight to work cleaning/steaming our carpet in the den. He did good work, honest work, and we will certainly recommend him to anyone.About eight years ago I went in to get my nasal septum straightened, so as to breathe better through nose. I was completely butchered for 11 hours by an absolute, moron, named Robert brobst in Plano, Texas, a plastic surgeon wanna be. Because of this despicable little man who carved me up like a pig, I can no longer be around any type of dust, odors, perfume, chemicals, you name it he destroyed my life by removing my turbinates/filters in my nose. Now that we have that out of the way just please make a mental note of this guy and stay far far away from him. He has done so, so very much damage to me. as a result of this moron, we are going to have to get carpet/hardwood floors, vehicles, you name it because I cannot be around any type of chemical/dust anything so Andy is going to be our go to guy for the cleanup at every thing we own. I could immediately tell the difference in my congestion after he steams our carpet and floors, and my headache did subside a bit immediately afterwards. We will use this company and specifically ask for Andy to come out and perform the work for us. On time, friendly, thorough and just overall good experience with this company and Andy.

Just stay away from Robert brobst in Plano!!!! he is a criminal, liar, and a complete loser. It is incredible the money, my wife and I have to spend just to keep things extraordinarily clean

Was able to get a carpet cleaning service scheduled within the next few days that I needed it done, communication was easy, the prices were surprisingly good and now I can enjoy walking on fresh, clean carpet.
I appreciated that it was very easy to receive affordable quotes right off the bat as well.
The biggest downside is now I’m going to want to be even more strict about people not walking with their dirty shoes on my carpet!

Andy took his time and did an excellent job. He put runners and booties to make sure there weren’t any footprints of my floors and got all of the stains out.

Very happy with the service I received recently using Stain Busters for an area rug and couch cleaning. They were on time, and worked extra hard on a few stains on the couch - it came out looking like new! Would definitely recommend.

There was another company that failed to come out to my home the next morning. They were going to be there but they could not guarantee time. I was in a crunch I needed to get these carpets cleaned for a home inspection as we were leaving this rental. Staying busters went out of their way to come out. Not only were they very good at communicating, they were extremely professional. The carpets looked amazing. The house smelt so amazing when they got done. I highly highly recommend this company.

Today, Stain Busters came to clean my carpets. Not only did they show up on time, they showed out!! Dylan and Jesy were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and courteous. They made me feel extremely comfortable and explained everything in great detail to me. My carpets look brand new! Way better than I expected them to turn out. called and scheduled carpet clean due to pet stains and patch needed where dogs tore up in my grandsons home, very professional from contact phone call to tech completing job ahead of scheduled , also was $70 less on invoicing upon completion , than quoted on phone, grandson says carpet looks new again, very rare now days to get this kind of service !

The appointment was confirmed within minutes and Andy showed up on time, prepared to do the job. He was quick, efficient, and explained the process and charges thoroughly.
