We've used TriCounty Air for a regular maintenance plan (every 6 months) for a couple years now and it's been a great experience! Their customer service team is fantastic. I recommend this business without hesitation.

I have been working with Brandon‘s comfort specialist since 2005 when I had them replace the crappy builder supplied AC units. I was pleasantly surprised that my ROI was several years quicker than what I had budgeted, but also that I was able to keep our house at a much more comfortable temperature while doing so. But more importantly, using them at that house as well as two other homes for annual maintenance services Continues to prove to be incredibly beneficial. This company is incredibly trustworthy and I never feel like I’m getting ripped off. My latest service was done by a young man, I think his name was Braden was unbelievably professional, courteous, and very communicative through the entire process. He went out of his way to spenda little extra time to try to find part numbers and other ways to help us with potential warranty service and make sure that we did not pay more than we needed to. Definitely someone you want to use for your AC services!

Great punctual service. Tyler is awesome. He found that my system only needed a minor fix and it’s blowing cold again on a hot Texas summer day. We don’t call anyone else!

Daniel was great! He happened to be available early, and called me to see if that was more convenient. He had the system open and diagnosed in less than 20 minutes, and had time to answer some other A/C questions that I had. I'll definitely be calling again!

We have been using Brandon’s Comfort Air for several years and are very satisfied with their service. They come out twice a year for biannual maintenance and have worked with our extended warranty company whenever a repair is needed.

Just had my heating system annual servicing from Tri-County Air Care. It went well. The service technician (Kyle), was friendly, courteous, and professional. Me, knowing that my system has been working perfectly all season, it was nice to hear the technician say my system did not need this or that questionable repair or replacement which would have been an additional cost. This has not always been the case with other companies I have dealt with over the years as a home owner. Thanks Kyle and Tri-County!

Stoney, Raul and Raul Jr. did an amazing job. Took great care of us. Were great to deal with and honest. My wife said they were probably some of the most respectful people she has ever meet while they were working on the unit. Would highly recommend them and will certainly be calling these guys in the future for any repair needs.

Very happy with the service this company has given. They do an affordable bi annual preventative maintenance plan and I have had them out for whole home dehumidifier issues. The company is quick and gets the job done right. If I have an issue, they are great and I feel they have an ethical approach. Not the absolute cheapest I have found for service (still reasonable) but their techs have been professional and knowledgeable which is great because I have had other companies send guys who aren't. Special shout out to Daniel who is a great tech for us and gone the extra mile for the service calls we have had him for.

Tech who came out was very professional and courteous. He was able to answer all the questions I had asked. Tyler did an amazing job servicing our unit.

In 2015 we purchased our first family home and unfortunately in 2016 our AC/Heater unit went down. We been with this company ever since. They are trust worthy, reliable, and above all they treat you like family. They service my unit twice a year making sure I have AC in the summer and heat during the winter. The staff is super friendly and the technicians are awesome. Proud to be a happy customer.

I had my annual service, and they were great. Besides checking my system, I asked them if they could change the filter since I couldn't climb up the scary ladder up to the attic. They not only changed it, but brought the filter so I didn't even need to go to Home Depot and hope that I got the right size.

12/03/25. I promise they are not paying me to write my reviews but finding a HVAC company that consistently provides great service for years is like finding a dentist you love - takes many attempts to find the one. Tyler came out for our annual heater maintenance and as they always do, explained the process thoroughly and gave us peace of mind that we’re all set for whatever this Dallas winter might bring.

06/05/2025 - Raul and his partner inspected all 3 of our units to make sure they were running at peak performance. They always take the time to go over the results of each step with me. I also appreciate how they keep you updated on their ETA so you’re not wondering all morning when they might show up. We’ve been customers for almost 10 yrs now and always receive great service.

UPDATED 09/13/2024 - Brandon’s continues to be the best. Who can say they love their AC Company - I can! Tyler came out for our annual AC maintenance service on our 3 units. He was professional, knowledgeable and thorough and even gave us tips on how to get our system to perform more efficiently.

We have been using Brandon’s for over 6 yrs now. They have the nicest office staff and technicians. Teon was out to our home for our semi-annual maintenance and is so courteous and professional every time. He even offered take our dirty filters out to the trash. Who goes above and beyond like that these days?

Daniel was very helpful. Arrived quickly. Found the problem and got me a couple repair options very quickly. I recommend this team!

I had 2 units malfunction during the recent cold snap. The first unit stopped working at 9pm…I called at 10pm and spoke to their message service (a real person). Brandon’s called me first thing in the morning and were at my door at 8:45am. My unit was up and running by 9:30am. The next morning my other unit was acting up Brandon’s had a tech at my house in an hour. He swapped out my circuit board (had a unit on the truck) in 20 minutes. Both units are working great now. The techs were polite, knowledgeable and efficient.

A very nice fellow came out to check our problem with the thermostat, and, of course, the problem was us! Someone turned a light switch either on or off in the attic, and it turned the power off to the thermostat. We love being senior citizens! At any rate, the service was great. A very dependable company.

I was beyond impressed with Tyler from Tri County Air / Polaro Group. He came out to diagnose and repair an issue I was having with my AC unit, which was leaking into the ceiling of my master bathroom. I had previously called a couple of other AC companies, but I was not satisfied with how they wanted to handle the situation.

Tyler was a completely different experience. He thoroughly assessed the problem, explained everything to me in detail, and made sure I truly understood what was causing the issue. He even showed me photos and videos on the spot, walking me through exactly what was going on. His communication was clear, professional, and educational.
