Master plumber Ricky was responsive, informative, professional and courteous. I really appreciate his type to look at the issues and quickly assess the right fix. He even helped me determine what could wait to be scheduled at a more convenient time. I didn't have to get it all fixed at once. Thank you!

This is the 4th time we’ve used Ricky Smith and Umbrella Plumbing. Each time has been an excellent experience. Extremely quick responsiveness to initial call, including a recent weekend (Sunday) issue. On time arrivals, professional appearance, hi grade quality work at affordable rates.

I had a muddy mess in my front yard. Ricky came out from Umbrella plumbing. Ricky was very helpful explaining the problem I had with multiple solutions. I went with his recommendation and got rid of the cheap blue pipe that I had and Ricky installed a new line. Now I don't have to worry about a leak in my yard for many years. Ricky came to our rescue again when we had a leak last week in our water line outside. He repaired it during this extreme heat at a very reasonable cost when water service was essential. This is not the first time that he has come to our rescue, he also repaired our busted pipe during the winter storm a couple years ago. He worked during extreme conditions and his rate was again reasonable. We have trusted Ricky to work on more routine jobs too and these jobs have also been completed with high satisfaction. We thank Ricky for this service, we are happy with his work!

I don't know how this happened but I did review the wrong company and now there appears to be no way to delete so I will just change the rating and say I am sorry for the mistake.

Awesome service , had called a few companies and felt like I was being haggled for more than what was needed . Called Ricky at Unbrella plumbing and was out quickly and found all my issues and gave me a very reasonable price and done in a timely fashion and left no mess as if he was never there . All the repairs fixed my issues for my home . Very satisfied and HIGHLY recommend !

Ricky responded quickly after 2 other plumbers failed to respond after 2 days. He communicated clearly, gave an accurate estimate range, arrived promptly, checked the problem and gave a final cost as the low end of the estimate. He completed the repair promptly, leaving the space clean. He is now my go to plumber!

I invited Umbrella to my home to discuss replacing my traditional water heaters with tankless heaters. Ricky was honest with me about the cost and whether my expectations for savings on energy were correct or not. He could have sold me services without addressing my expectations but was honest and open about what I would actually achieve with a change. Umbrella will now be my go to plumbing company for all future needs.
