Christian was very thorough and professional. He explained what was broken and maintenance we can do on our own. He even cleaned under my washer before he left.

They were able to get someone to my house very quickly to look at my washing machine. The machine ended up being fine and it was a plumbing issue unfortunately. But I’m very happy with the service we received and would use this company for any future appliance repair needs.

It was easy to get an appointment for my washer repair (clacking/screeching noise). Will arrived on time on a Saturday and found the problem quickly. He seemed very knowledgeable. He ordered a new belt and shocks. Then came back a few days later and installed them. It seems to be working just fine. I will use this company again.

I will use this company again. Great customer service, polite, friendly and prompt. Victor diagnosed issue with washing machine, had to order part. Once part was installed I immediately had another underlying issue come up. Even though Victor had a full schedule, Melody got with management and I was immediately worked on to schedule. He knew what was wrong instantly just by moving the tank around. He ordered the part came back and installed the new part. Nice guy and he knew his business.He did a great job.

Very pleased with the service we received. We had another company come in and take advantage of us. They were supposed to do some repairs on our dryer but come to find out they had not even done that. Your technician was amazing very courteous and went above and beyond fixing with the previous technician with another company had damaged(bent parts, stripped out screws and so on) we are very happy customers. Will definitely Call again if we have any other issues with appliances in the future.

My service tech was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personal and patient in explaining everything that was going on with my dryer along with the warranty. My dryer was repaired and overall GREAT service!!! I would highly recommend this company for service.

Highly recommend! It’s easy to schedule an appt and they are very dependable. Our tech Will was the best. Explained everything and went out of his way to take care of the issue with our icemaker and helped answer some questions I had on our microwave. Call them - you won’t be disappointed!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! From the scheduling of the service appointment to the actual work, my experience with Appliance Recovery was top notch. My repairman, Christian, was amazing...very professional and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job! He troubleshooted and fixed the issue with my dishwasher. I love this business! They responded quickly to a refrigerator repair that was needed. Wade let me know when he was on his way and arrived on time. Wade quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to make the repair and even gave me suggestions on what to do if any further issues arose. He was kind and knowledgeable. I found this company online and called them due to the reviews. I have to say they exceeded my expectations and the price was reasonable. I will certainly use them again!

Easiest and most efficient company that I’ve worked with from the first Phone Call to completion of TECH walking out the door. Everyone was extremely polite and very professional.

Christian was very personable and knowledgeable.
He walked me through every step of checking out my unit. My washer had flashed a code meaning water leak but none was found and Christian was very thorough. I would use them again.
