Rick was responsive and was able to come out and do the work quickly. However, his pricing was a total ripoff and when I asked for material receipts he refused to provide any. He was also very condescending to his employee who actually did all the work. I would not recommend using this company, if you care about your money or the treatment of employees.

I called twice and this is a finder service that sells your information.

Really good if you don't want an electrician to ever show up. Scheduled an appointment for him on a Wednesday- the window was four hours waited around like a chump for the entire four hours and then an hour later he texted to reschedule for the following week. Next appointment rolls around and then again waited around for four hours. And then he pulls the same trick, an hour after his appointment window asks to reschedule. Told him not even bother I'll look elsewhere. You'd be better served learning to be an electrician yourself than hiring Rick's Electric.
