I had an issue with my electric gate and lights on a couple of columns..all went dead. No electricity. Mr. Electric was recommended to me. The ladies in the office are great! Professional, and very nice. Got someone out right away. What was thought by first tech a simple fix turned out a little complicated. Andrew was sent out following day. Andrew definitely knows his profession! Great guy, very nice and caring. Got to work and step by step figured out and fixed. Had my gate and lights working! I will definitely be requesting Andrew for all my electrical needs.

We had someone from this company come to our residence to fix a light fixture. Mark arrived pretty much within the projected window. He was very professional, and seemed to know what he was doing. He gave us the right advice, and did a good job. We were very satisfied.

From initial contact, the customer service representative was very professional. She inquired as to what service I needed and when I needed it completed. She called next day and said technician was being dispatched; and would arrive in 45 minutes.

Brandon arrived on time and asked what I needed completed. He removed old ceiling fan and installed new one in less than one hour. Very polite, professional service and answered any questions.

I needed a few outlets and a 240v NEMA 14-50 and was recommended Mr. Electric. Ray came to my house the next day, heard what I needed and figured out the most efficient way to get it done. Super professional and did clean work.

Ray was my technician. He had a major project to do and he was able to accomplish it in a very timely manner. He explained to me what he was going to do in a way that I could understand. He was very courteous and personable. I would use this company again.

Let's be honest, electrical work is expensive. We got a quote from one company on the work we needed done. It was outrageously high. I fretted for hours wondering how we could possibly afford it. I decided to get a second opinion and called Mr. Electric. They sent Jayden out the next morning. What a night & day experience! The quote from Jayden was less than half of the other quote. He was also able to take care of pur immediate needs right then & give me a quote for the future work we need done. Also at less then half what the other company wanted. Jayden was knowledgeable, kind, patient and friendly. We'll be having him back out for future work.

Jr and David were very knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and worked with me for the best solution for me. I will definitely use them again should any electrical issues occur.

Top notch service and fair pricing! Our tech Carlos was always early and was extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond, and was very thorough in the work he completed and explaining the features. Highly recommend!!

Needed work done due to an entire bedroom losing power all the sudden. Phil came on Friday and performed diagnostics and was able to fix the problem that day. We found out that most of the house was on one breaker, so we had additional work done the following Monday. Now we have the peace of mind knowing that we are safe. Phil took me around and explained everything both before and after the work was done. They treated our house with respect and cleaned up after themselves on both days. Jayden Fleming and his assistant did real fast work and got my meter and conduit secured again after a tree pulled the service line. The oncor contractor waited for the reconnect too. My lucky day.

I called kinda late due to a potential fire in my kitchen. Travis and Clayton were out the next morning. Found and fixed the issue quickly. Gave me estimate up front and had financing options for anything that was on the expensive side. Good experience.
