i wanted a light fixture set up and a new power outlet. rapid neighborhood electricians were fantastic, delivering efficient, pleasant services! it was clear that luke was knowledgeable and offered the service i required. he was punctual, quick, and did efficient work. he was also very tidy and ensured everything was cleaned up before he left. oh, and the cost was pretty reasonable too! highly recommended!!

He's also great at dealing with those pesky HOA folks who try to interfere with his electrical tasks - but he never lets them distract him. we have been using rapid neighborhood electricians for almost two decades during the remodeling of four older houses here in arlington. these homes have included everything from a four-bedroom house to a larger six-bedroom property with a barn, guest house, and kennel. what really stands out is how the electricians treat my home's safety as if it were their own. whenever a decision needs to be made during the renovation of these older homes—which happens a lot—they always discuss the options with me and help find the best solution for my family. recently, we had to replace a second large electrical panel in a house built about 25 years ago. the original contractor had made some mistakes, connecting wires of different sizes together, which isn't safe. the new panel was installed correctly, and we were very happy with the work. over the years, i’ve also upgraded or converted all the lighting and wiring for the main house, guest house, and barn, even along a quarter-mile driveway. the barn lights are thirty feet high, and all the exterior and barn lights are set up with timers and backed up by a commercial-grade generator—so these were big projects, not just simple fixture swaps, though they can do those as well. most recently, caleb helped me wire a new recreation room in the basement, an office over the garage, and two bathroom remodels. the work ethic and job quality i’ve seen here is better than what i experienced with other electricians in different parts of the country. based on nearly 20 years of experience, i can say their service is top-notch and a great value.
