Personally I had the experience on December last year , the company UNITEX passed one of their brochure to the properties where it already works POLO CARPET .offering its products and saying that one of the employees of polo carpet works now for them and that they offer better prices ??? I use Polo carpet several years ago and I know that this is nothing more than a lack of professionalism on the part of the company unitex to win a position that already polo carpet has clearly created.

My appliance decided to go out and flooded 2 bedrooms and 2 hallways, Saturday night. I called Polo on a Sunday thinking they wouldn’t answer and call me back during regular businesses hours. They called me back within 15 mins and had a team member out within the hour, again on a Sunday!! Prompt, upfront, honest. 5 stars.

A++++ Rating.. Who else would write something like the below but disgruntle employees. I have done business with Polo Carpet Cleaning since 2001 and every single time they go over and above. I've met the owner multiple times and he is a humble man that would give the shirt off his back for his employees. Honesty, Reliability, Professionalism but most importantly, they CARE! After renting my home in Fort Worth, my carpet was beyond repair. They offered to change the carpet in the entire house for a fraction of the cost. Hats off to the Polo Carpet Cleaning staff and you have made me a customer for life.
