I am beyond pleased with the professional, courteous work done by Santos Bonilla & the crew from City Contractors Group! They were very responsive! I didn’t have to wait to get my job scheduled. They were there when they said they would be. The team took great care to ensure I was pleased with the work as it progressed. And they were extremely mindful of my property. They exceeded my expectations, suggesting slight changes that hadn’t occurred to me but worked better. I hesitated to book them because I thought my lil jobs were “too small” for a big operation with the expertise they have. But Santos encouraged me to put together a list and, by the time I did, they were the best team for my needs. They installed a dusk to dawn light fixture, repaired a kitchen faucet, checked outside electrical outlets for problems, helped with a refrigerator task, and even assembled 5 large pieces of furniture (3 swivel bar stools & 2 bookcases)! Now there is a huge smile on my face every time I look at all the projects they completed that I had been waiting 2+ years to get done! I highly recommend them & will utilize them again. I can’t recommend City Contractors enough! They replaced all of the windows (10 total!) in our house and did an exceptional job! They started in the morning and were done by 6pm! The quote was reasonable, they provided us with options, they were super friendly to work with and the crew who installed was very professional and cleaned up after they finished. If you need new windows I’d 100% recommend this company!

I reached out to City Contractors based on work they had done for a condo complex where I own a unit. I had a home remodel partially completed by another company who just sent a crew of glorified handymen who did marginal quality work and were over budget and behind schedule. I contacted with City Contractors for their honesty and professionalism. The job was completed on time and at the quoted amount despite some minor setbacks. They will absolutely be my first call for my next renovation project.

Luis and his team updated my shower. They converted my shower/tub combo to a beautiful walk-in shower. They were quick, professional, courteous, and they respond to communication. So easy and pleasant to work with.

I have hired the City Contractors group for several projects, and I have wanted to write a google review before to let the world know about how excellent their work is, but for one reason or another I just havent gotten around to it. BUT let me tell you... I can't keep my silence anymore! If you need any work done to remodel, design or build, you could not make a better choice than to choose them. Every contractor that I have ever hired before them has always left me with something to gripe about, but not the city contractors group. Their professionalism, expertise, and true care for their clients is second to none. And there really isn't anything they can't do. We have had them build us a fence, completely paint the exterior of our house, do drainage work around a pool, and now they just finished remodeling a half bathroom, to make it a full batheroom and it is absolutely stunning. I couldn't be happier with the results, the cost, and the care that they have showed for me and my family. They are men of integrity, and they are men who are experts in their craft. If you hire them, you won't be disappointed!

Just had Luis, Santos and their team do some work at my home. They came well recommended by my realtor, Amy Cearnal (who helped me buy this house) but still...I was nervous. After I bought the house, I hired a company, that I thought was a contractor, only to find out that nope, it was a 'referral' group. And the guy they sent did a really awful job. My backsplash was wonky and the guy even grouted in the plug covers! Flash to today...after City Contractors Group did their magic...and it is just lovely. They took their time. Did a great job. Even went to buy touch up paint to fix some little things. MUCH appreciated. I'll definitely hire them for some other jobs. If you are looking for a reliable, honest team...try this one. I don't think you'll regret it. I just hope they always have time to do work for me!

City Contractors Group has done two remodeling jobs in my house. Luis and Santos came to my house on both occasions provided us with their most sincere evaluation of what to expect. The end result of both jobs was a major transformation in the visitors and master bathrooms. Definitely recommend them for any job. We have them on schedule to remodel our kitchen. Truly and whole heartedly I recommend them. We will continue doing business with them.
