Habbi, of Triad, was very knowledgable of what I needed and was available anytime I had a question. He constantly checked to ensure I was pleased with the work being done and they were always on time for the scheduled times.

A bad storm hit my community, Triad was there to help me through the entire process from the claim process to getting my roof approved and installed. I didn't have to stress about having to deal with the insurance process and had amazing customer service. Recommend 10 out of 10

Recently had a bad water leak causing major damage to several rooms. The repairs included replacing the floors, bathroom vanity, and re-painting the walls which we thought would be a nightmare. We were recommended Triad by a friend and only roughly a week after inspection they had finished everything. We were expecting around a month but were pleasantly surprised with how quickly it was completed without issues. They worked with our insurance to get us the best deal and were extremely proficient throughout the entire process.

Hired these guys after the big hail storm we had in March. They were transparent about what they offered. They worked hard to get me the best material for my new roof. They communicated with my insurance company and kept me in the loop on any updates and changes. I've seen their bad review from Beautiful You Studios and I brought it up with the owner and I believe that situation is a one-off. You can't make everyone happy, but they made me happy. I'll consider them in the future for other contracting jobs.

New Roof was done quickly and efficiently. No debri at all left on site. They also replaced my siding on my house and replaced any rotted wood and painted. Love the results. They were easy to work with. Paid close attention to what I wanted and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t want. They did make suggestions however if I declined they simply accepted it and moved on. I will continue using them for all my home repair and upgrade needs as well as any storm damages.

I had such a great experience with Triad Home Solutions that I wanted to leave a review. I first noticed a water leak coming from my ceiling and contacted my insurance company, only to find out they denied my claim for roof repair. I couldn’t believe it. I knew something wasn’t right, so I reached out to HB at Triad Home Solutions.

He came out and spent over two hours looking at everything. Not just my roof, but my entire property. The fence, doors, patio furniture, even my flower pots, window screens and even the interior attic. He documented everything and explained what he was doing the whole time. They took care of all the communication with my insurance company which made things so much less stressful.

I could tell right away that I was in good hands. They were professional, detailed, and always kept me in the loop. Because of their work, my claim was approved, and I even got coverage for my fence, gutters, chimney pieces, skylight, those metal things that stick out the roof and window screens.

They used Grade 4 shingles and helped me choose a color that wouldn’t cause any HOA issues. What started as a stressful situation ended up being the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with insurance or home repairs. I can’t recommend Triad Home Solutions enough. They’re honest, professional, and really care about their customers.
