From my initial phone call to the corporate headquarters to the moment they walked out the door with a brand new air conditioning heat pump. My experience was very very high after dealing with some questionable business practice by other air-conditioning companies I was not looking forward to the experience of getting a new unit, but Atlas changed my mind and made me realize that there are some honest, caring companies out there that believe in the old standard of the customer comes first good value good price always there to listen a total A+ Thank you, Atlas

Angel with Atlas AC performed his work carefully and professionally. He was very clear in explaining how my system was performing and the details of his service. The Atlas AC team has been great for me.

Roger was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was honest, transparent and polite. I never felt pressured to make the purchase.

Great knowledge and their use of technicians instead of salesmen is great! Got real feedback based on the reality of the problem rather than the bottom line. Bryce was brill, of the 5 companies that came to quote for a full system replacement Atlas was the only one to look fully at the system and offer alternatives based on the equipment present rather than the equipment on the quote sheet.

Robert was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain to me how everything works and I became more educated as a consumer very friendly, very transparent and I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Atlas AC put my new unit in for thousands less than other bids. The company I had used for years came in six thousand more than Atlas for the exact same unit. Bryce was my project manager and was absolutely great. He was so professional with me and answered all questions. Bryce is a great asset for Atlas AC. Good luck Bryce , come visit any time bud!

Bryce and Angel installed a 3 ton Carrier ac (comfort series) and also did some duct work for me. I am more than happy with their work. I was able to see the quality of the work when I checked what they have done. They are true professionals and I highly recommend these techs and the company they work for(Atlas AC)

We had our 1 year Change Out Follow-up done on our HVAC system we purchased from Atlas AC Repair. Scheduling was a breeze and fit well with our schedule. Bryce, the technician arrived on time as scheduled and preformed all items on the list provided that he was going to check/inspect/adjust. Upon his completion, Bryce reviewed all results in detail of where the system was at and what to expect in the future and if there were any reasons of concern to call. Bryce was very professional and knowledgeable of his trade and his level of communication was exceptional. I highly recommend Bryce and will request his services in the future.

Robert showed up on time and was very thorough to analyze my home and HVAC needs.

4/18/24 Had a new Goodman heat pump installed Bryce and Angel were very professional, hard working, soft spoken and courteous. They were on time and worked until job was completed. I am very pleased with their knowledge and the service they provided me today. Everyone iv had contact with have been so professional and pleasant. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. So glad I stumbled across their video’s on YouTube.

Man I don't even have my new AC yet and I have to give them 5 stars. Pete was extremely helpful, answered all my questions or found someone who could, and wooo did I ask a lot. Even with all my questions he was very polite and had a great attitude. I can't speak for the install yet but as far as pre sales go, 10/10. Not to mention their YouTube channel was very insightful as well.

I also loved how transparent they are. Atlas is the only company who lists their pricing online. All my other quotes sent out a salesman who proposed a much higher price than Atlas, or pressured to sign on the spot. Milestone was nice too but had that "Buy now it's out only one left!" approach.
Seriously felt like I was being taken care of with Atlas and would defiantly recommend asking for a bid if you are in the market for a new AC unit.

Masiullah is amazing. He helped me with a difficult install and the effort and dedication to making sure the solution worked was much appreciated.

ATLAS did a great job installing a Carrier system. The crew was very knowledgeable and took time to go over everything in advance so there were no surprises. The price was great. We did save money over other bids we received. I highly recommend ATLAS.

Scotty was on time, very friendly, and willing to share his knowledge regarding the function and problems with the air conditioner. He resolved my air conditioner issues in a short span of time. I am 100% willing to continue to have him and Atlas AC repair continue to maintain my units.

Just had my new AC/Furnace installed today! Got a great price and Bryce spent a lot of time designing some improvements to my duct work and making sure I got the right system for my home. Install done in a day and guys were very respectful of my home and took great care to not cause any damage. Highly recommend Atlas!

Brice has been helping us trouble shoot why the new AC is not cooling correctly. He is very knowledgeable. We appreciate his help in cutting an additional air vent! I would recommend this company for having great service.

I called Atlas AC Repair at 9 AM to request a technician to come out and do a periodic check-up of my Carrier 4-ton system. Angel arrived shortly before 1 PM and performed a full inspection of my system and answered all of my questions (the system is running fine, btw). Kudos to Atlas and Angel for their very prompt and professional response to my needs! Truly a first-class organization!

Great service and great price! I had a whole new (larger) installed and added additional vents. It works great!

So, we decided to go with Atlas. Their costs were very fair, and Bryce, Fred, and Angle did a great job installing and checking out the system. The entire Atlas gang (Nathan, Pete and more) worked to find us the system we wanted. We purchased an Infinity 4-ton heat pump with gas heat as a backup. All is well after a month with the system. Will post more later after the winter really hits (78 in Dallas on 12/30, sheesh) and the summer heats up. Thanks Atlas, glad we found you folks. Cheryl and I recommend Atlas air (and their YouTube videos!).

Fantastic service and excellent communication. Quick response to get my heater repaired within just hours after I reached out to them. They had the parts on the van and installed very quick.
