very friendly! was able to squeeze us in early instead of putting us at the back of the line as our ac was not working at all and our house was at 94°F inside! he got what we needed and fixed it asap, id definitely be calling back if anything else goes wrong

He was quick and did a great job. Price was the same as others in the area quoted. He even replaced the concrete that the condenser sits on. My house has never been as cool and efficient as it is now.

I reached out to Derrick Friday night at around 10pm which he responded right away. He was able to come out the following day and diagnose and fix the problem quickly. Our ac unit had gone out Friday night when we noticed our temperature in the house was not cooling. Very reliable and knowledgeable. Would hire again!

So I had a technician with another company come out and fix a leak twice and clean the system. I was still having trouble so I gave Bohannon a call and the same day Derrick came out and looked at the system gave me options to fix or replace and the pros and cons of the choices. I ended up replacing my R22 for a 410A system, but instead of letting us sit in the heat until the install he made sure we had A/C in the middle of July with days all in the 100s. His guys showed up on the dot for the install or they may have been camping out in the front yard. They had a new system and lines installed within 4 hours and the system back up and running.

Quick and clean tankless water heater installation. And he threw in the electrical outlet we had to move! 10/10 work

Our A/C went out Friday at midnight and we were panicking as we have a 5 month old. Saturday morning I called Derrick (hope I spelled that right sir) and not only did he respond timely, he was able to get my A/C running until we could install the new unit. Most companies quoted us 5-6 days but Derrick was able to get his guys out the next day for a complete install. No delays in their timeliness as both days he showed up when he said they would. Lastly, when we had a hiccup a month ago, we had two companies come to put a bandaid on our system and quote us for a new system. Both were in the range of $15-$20K. When I shared my fear of paying all of this upfront with Derrick, he laughed and said no way he’s charging that much. Not that much? It wasn’t even half of that!

Can’t stress enough, good honest person here and I will be passing his information along to all friends/family. Thank you again, Derrick!

Worked with Derrick and Chris for a rather complex home HVAC home addition project. A/C and furnace had to be moved as they were located where the new addition was going. While the addition was being built, we stayed in the home so the system had to work despite not being fully hooked up with the addition under construction.

Derrick talked with me on the phone at length and visited the job site before the project started. What stood out was how Derrick wanted to approach the product turning my current supplies into returns and running new ducts for the new dual-fual heat pump system. No other HVAC company came up with this idea and this allowed me to keep my old ducting (no drywall work), have a return in every room, and a more even heating/cooling across the home.

The team showed up when they were supposed to, did the work timely, and cleaned up well. It's important to have an experienced HVAC technician as the technician is more important than the unit. I would hire Bohannon Service Company LLC again.

Derrick set us up with a great HVAC system at a reasonable price (while also helping to relocate its location in the attic to help create more storage space.) He and his team are professional, friendly, and are far more honest than other HVAC companies we’ve hired and received quotes from.
