I had a great experience with Sam R. as my technician. He explained the pricing ahead of time and talked me through all of the parts of my pressure test service, explaining each step as he was doing it to make sure that I understood completely. If we have any challenges in the future, I will be calling and asking for him specifically.

Anthony clawson helped us in changing water heater connection which was leaking and corroded. He suggested putting stop cap if there is any leakage in the future. Very Happy with customer service and excellent technical knowledge about the plumbing. Thank you Anthony. Attached before and after pictures for reference. Sewer and waterline replacement. Installed dual cleanout at foundation and cleanout at street. Replaced front and rear outside faucets and cleaned up foam sealant mess. Everything moved along real fast even though the weather was bad. Adrian and his crew of diggers were great as was Robert, the plumber. Happiness here. Van Marshall

Gary was very nice and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and fixed our backed up sewer drain in a timely manner. I would recommend Ernies plumbing to my neighbors for the trustworthy service I received.

I just used Ernie’s for the first time and am very happy with them. Greg did a great job and gave me detailed information on what he was doing to fix my issue. Gary 483, I really appreciate him coming out asap. He explain everything in layman's term as to what he was doing at the time. Gary is has done plumbing for years, very knowledgeable and honest. This is the second time we've had Gary do work for up and both times we were satisfiedwith his work. He is exceptional. Yes, I would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

We needed a last minute water heater installed on the weekend and Ernie's Plumbing really stepped up. Sam worked extremely hard to get the job done, was very thorough and made sure everything worked. We really appreciated the fast and friendly service.

Ernie's is my go-to plumber. They are very friendly on the phone making appointments, updating when they are on the way to you (most times same day), checking out the issue, giving an estimate, fix the problem and a follow-up call later in the day of completion confirming all is good.
I recommend you call Ernie's.

Jonathan and Robert came out and install water heater and did a complete upgrade, they both did an awesome job, all instruction was explain and clear. Also, work in garage and kitchen done professional. Will use Ernie’s plumbing again. Great job!!

Anthony DeLee did a great job of repairing and replacing several bathroom faucets and fixtures.
He was quick and explained the process as he went.

Anthony DeLee is the most thorough, professional service provider I’ve ever hired. He is extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to ensure his work is first class. He identified the issue with my water pressure, drove 20 mins to get the correct part, then fi3; the problem in less than 5 mins! A+++

Our toilet was leaking and coming out of the ground. We called Ernie’s and they sent Michael Johnson over. He was extremely knowledgeable, thorough and amazing to work with. He got our new toilet installed and back up and running in a matter of hours same day we called. Highly recommend Ernie’s plumbing!

Ernie’s plumbing never disappoints. They honor all guarantees. I had my master bath faucets repaired 2/22/2025, and one faucet was leaking. Ernie’s plumbing was able to send Greg out to do the repairs expediently! Thank you for a quick response and repair.

Purchased a dishwasher from Home Depot with an installation. The installation was too difficult for the Home Depot group to install an Ernie’s plumbing came out and finished the job. Cannot say enough good things about Scott. He ran into some obstacles and overcame them all if you need a plumber call Ernie’s.

OMG! My experience with Ernie’s Plumbing was prompt, professional and done with accuracy. Robert the Technician, was friendly but all business. He explained what needed to be done and then told me ‘why.’ I loved the facts and his sense of confidence. He did what he said and after a week of NO HOT WATER…I will be fired up for the holidays. I called Ernie's on Tuesday after the icy weather & was able to get someone out on Wednesday. Awfully quick since, they had been closed due to our weather. I requested Gary to come out. He came out & accessed that they would need to do. At first he thought that there might be an alternative to jack hammering the floor . Upon further examination it was found that jackhammering around the toilet was the only solution since, the pipe had deteriorated. He came out the next day with Sam, another master plumber to complete the job. The dynamic duo completed the job with their know how & I am very pleased. I couldn't have had any better workmanship! Knowledgeable & humble!

Getting a new refrigerator and discovered that I needed to have the water line replaced. Unable to turn off the water at the wall and the line was dripping. Delivery was late on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning I called Ernie's and requested a repair. A very nice and professional plumber came out and did a great job at a reasonable price. Now I won't be at risk for an undetected leak and damage to my home.
