Todd Shaw did an amazing job when he came to our house to assess the damage that our washing machine cause in the mudroom in the hallway and partial office. He brought all the right equipment, and after a very thorough inspection, he was able to detect where most of the water was still accumulated. This outfit appears to be a sham. No one answers the phone and no one responds to messages. Don't waste your time on this company.
