We are repeat customers for our address. The technician Ramiro did fine electrical work in my shower. We know who to call when any repairs are needed.

Arlington Property Investors is the real deal. Great investors, communicators and rehabbers. Solid knowledge of the market, remodeling and very honest! Love working with them!

Once again Jesse expedited a repair, this time plumbing, in a timely manner for a reasonable price. A pleasure to do business with, this is now my go-to repair source.

Jesse is amazing and extremely professional! I had a client in a tight spot, and Jesse came in to help, and handled the situation with service and integrity.

I was working with Jesse and he was really easy and straight forward with the process. He came and looked at the property. We came to a offer we both agreed on. After his title company got the paperwork we signed and got the money the same day.

Did great work and quickly on our back patio. Excellent service.

Jesse was amazing! We sold him a great deal and he closed on time and was super communicative throughout the process. We would absolutely sell to him again.

We have had the pleasure of doing a few transactions with Jesse and his team. Jesse and his team are very honest, patient, and priced correctly. He's very direct with no fluff which I appreciate. Look forward to more deals in the future!

I spoke to Jesse about installing my leaf gutters and he was very nice, courteous, understanding, & professional. The whole process was easy, fast, and affordable. The workers were punctual and did a great job plus they were extra careful with my flower gardens and even cleaned up nicely afterwards. Very much appreciate that they left no nails or screws or trash behind unlike other companies that I have dealt with. I highly recommend this company!

Im glad to say I had a great experience with the Jesse! He’s a great investor, ready to hop on deals right away☺️ he’s such a great communicator, and will to make some changes with our hesitation. Extremely excited to continue doing future business with Jesse!
