Excellent customer service when I called back about a concern. They were out the next day to fix the problem. Would recommend them for sure.

After a bad hail storm and trying to sell my house Ryan Jones and his crew made it real easy and one less headache for me to worry about with their professionalism, quick response and A1 workmanship.

They did a fantastic job. We're professional and friendly.

Very reliable and knowledgeable. Great roofing company in the dfw area that you can trust. They also do some amazing remodels.

Although we ended up going with a different contractor due to convenience Ryan had phenomenal service and was very kind in trying to figure out the best option for our needs!! We would definitely refer friends and family if they were ever in the need of work..

As a realtor, I've called upon Ryan to work some miracles in the quickest amount of time possible and he always comes through and does great work for my clients. Thank you so much Ryan for going way above and beyond in quality and service. Five stars!!!

Ryan Jones was very responsive and got the work we needed done quickly. We would definitely recommend Platform and will use them for future roofing needs.

Platform came out to our church ahead of schedule, evaluated the roof problem, and gave us a reasonable quote. They arrived on the scheduled day and took care of the problem, thoroughly cleaned the area and we have not had any problem since. Would highly recommend them. Thanks

Hello! I would like to report that the services provided by Platform were right on the button! The initial presentation by Desmond was good and informative, it was what won me over! The job was really effectively monitored from the beginning of the inspection, installation and with continued follow up afterwards! It was professional, timely and efficiently done. I would recommend them to others for quality service!

I had a very positive experience with platform construction. They took me through every step in the process, and kept me informed along the way. I received a new roof complete with skylight and gutters. I was very pleased with their overall service, and would recommend to others

Platform just completed our roof after a storm from last year. The project manager Kevin Terrell was great to work with and we are beyond pleased with the services completed. I would recommend using their services.

Working with Ryan Jones is like working with Family. He cared about every little detail that needed repairing. He worked with the insurance to make sure that every repair is done. I fully 100% recommend working with Ryan because he gets everything done and quickly too.

This a top notch company. They worked with my insurance company to get us the most coverage possible. They worked quickly and delivered us a great new roof. This was a very rewarding experience & I'd use them again. I even sent them to my daughters house to inspect for damage.

They did Ecellent work, and very professional , for a great price too!

I've used Matt (owner) twice now in the past 5 years for roof replacement. Each time, he went above and beyond exceeding all expectations throughout the process. He truly understands customer service and delivering high quality in a timely fashion. He's a pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in roofing or gutters or any house related development or repairs.

I have used this company for several of our rental properties. One of my investors that I work for originally found them. I was so impressed by the level of work, the responsiveness, quality and care, i decided to try them out on a couple of other projects, that was 6 years ago and I have been using them and only them ever since. Ryan and Matt are class acts. They are very honest and caring, they go above and beyond in every aspect.
