Team Bravo was amazing!!! I’m very picky when it comes to cleaning and I usually clean myself since the few times that I’ve hired cleaners I would have to tell them to re clean an area. I was forced to hire a cleaner this time around because I threw my back out and haven’t been able to keep up with my chores. When I tell you I was looking so hard to find something wrong. I was looking harrrd. It was literally spotless. And they even re-arranged some things which made my apartment look even better. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing deep clean! My house is sparkling! The cleaning staff were very professional and did more than I expected. Everyone, from the sales and booking team to the cleaning staff were all fantastic.

I purchased a full house deep clean for my wife as a birthday present. The husband/wife team that came out was great. They arrived on time, were very friendly, and did a great job. When my wife came home after the cleaning, she was so happy. She keeps finding hidden areas that are now clean. I highly recommend Maid Up Cleaners.

Maid Up Cleaners came to our home yesterday for a deep cleaning. Prior, I have employed an individual for many years and for two homes. I am so impressed with the cleaning, the staff and all the attention to personal detail. To note, the customer service is excellent. I fully recommend this company and their services! We are a go for weekly cleaning. And the pricing is very fair.

From the moment we greeted Katherine and Sandy, our cleaners, we knew we made the right choice in allowing Maid Up Cleaners to be our cleaning service. I am recovering from a back injury and haven’t been able to take care of the deep clean needs of our 4 year old home. Our neighbors recommended Maid Up Cleaners and we are more than happy to recommend them to anyone who needs a deep clean from true professionals. Looking forward to monthly cleanings from Maid Up. Full disclosure, I’m not a review person generally. Even when service is quality, I generally won’t write something up out of laziness, forgetfulness, or lack of desire. Having said that, I cannot say enough about this company. I have never had such quality service on one of my properties. Like many people, I selected this company from a google search with great reviews. They absolutely did not disappoint. The house was immaculately clean and service was timely. I needed a last minute clean and they squeezed me in with less than 2 day’s notice. The level of cleanliness and care is no exaggeration. I’m merely writing this to let others know. I had a minor hiccup in communication with the team but that was quickly sorted out by Jacob. The guy went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced on a professional customer service level to sort things out. (Mind you this was all well after business hours). I will likely be utilizing this cleaning service for an ongoing cleaning simply because of the quality service I received during this one request. I highly recommend this company for any cleaning service. Regardless of the job, I know they can handle it and top it all off with above and beyond customer service.

First time ever getting a cleaning service for a house. I opted for deep clean as the house is going on 20 years old now. It was incredible to see the night and day difference in the smallest things like the clean molding and windows to the larger items like bathroom tubs and shower. Already scheduled another service a few months out!

The co-owner (Jacob) is a great guy very funny and very generous. I highly recommend using their service for any kind of cleaning.

(Just make sure if youre doing a move out clean that you still have power/water when they arrive, otherwise they won't come)

I have had nothing but great experiences with maid up cleaners! They are thorough and detail-oriented. I needed a deep-clean before Thanksgiving and they were quick to get me in!

Update 2:
The owner Jacob did everything I could have asked to make this right. That is the true sign that someone cares about their business. He sent a different cleaner to my home. She was awesome and paid attention to the details. So I have amended my review to show that when things were not to standard Maid Up cleaners cared enough to reach out and make things right!

The owner responded to me immediately this morning. And I appreciate the fact that he wants to make it right. So I’m updating the review to reflect his willingness to fix things. And I’ll update again once I see the follow through.

I ended up hiring Maid Up Cleaners because they had such great reviews. It’s not that they’re horrible but the attention to detail on the floors is lacking. We had a problem two weeks ago as we have our house cleaned every two weeks. I had mentioned and showed pictures to the text message thread they have. They said they would give me some sort of credit on my next cleaning. It didn’t happen. Which, I wasn’t as concerned about. Just want my house clean. I got home this evening, and the floors upstairs were not done. They claim they will come out again in the next 24 hours to do it. However, if you have a continual problem, it shouldn’t have to be redone. I have pictures but it’s not allowing me to upload them. Just disappointed.
