Very trustworthy, honest, and hard workers. They spent a lot of time at my house making sure that the air conditioner was not going to go out again after they had repaired it. I strongly recommend them.

Jacob and his crew did an amazing job building retaining wall. It was a HOA wall with 7’ height and 120’ length. Jacob was onsite pretty much all the time and answered all the questions/concerns we had. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very easy to work with. His crew is awesome and did great job; we are definitely going to hire spectrum for our future projects and would highly recommend them. Jacob is an asset for Heat & Air and construction services!!

Spectrum Air quickly came in provided recommendations , options and were very professional in a time of need , meaning air conditioner down, summer in Texas and it was a mere 100 degrees maybe for 10 days straight. Kenny was the lead he walked us through a variety of options and provided the right solution for us given the size of our house, capacity options extra. The implementation was painless and was completed quickly. Highly recommend this organization for any of your air conditioning needs.

Came home last week from an out of town trip to find our A/C system wasn’t cooling. We called Spectrum the next morning. Chris arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem, low coolant due to a leaking evaporator coil. Since the unit was not even 4-yrs old, Chris informed me that the replacement is under warranty and would be free. Chris found the replacement part in Denton. Chase picked up the part and the guys had our A/C back up and running with cool air by 5pm. Chris and Chase were great. Thanks guys!

Great service this morning! Tech was friendly, helpful and worked hard to take care of our needs in a reasonable and affordable manner. Really felt that he cared about making sure our system was operating at full capacity and remaining healthy in the future.

Our air conditioning system went out last week. Called Spectrum and spoke to Kenny Williams (very professional), he had someone out that afternoon. The next morning there was a crew at our house at 8, by 10 the family was enjoying a new and very resonable HVAC system. These guys are very punctual, courteous, and professional. Highly recommend them!

Chase has been out and serviced our AC units several times. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. We have used Spectrum for years. I would highly recommend them.

I had other A/C company's tell me I needed a new unit. Spectrum replaced my fuse on my fuse box and all is good! These are good honest people that respect the long term relationship with there customers. Sadly, that is hard to find these days.

Chase came out and knew exactly what our problem was. He was quick to fix it, and gave us great advice on how to prevent our problem in the future. You see, I had heard that the learning style thermostats, Nest in our case, can wear out parts on your HVAC system prematurely, but thought it was just owners not knowing what they were doing. Well, after 2 incidents in 2 years with our young system (only 5 years old), and
Chase telling me that Nest is not good and to go with something like Honeywell, I decided to get rid of them. Best decision ever. I bought a new Honeywell thermostat, and Chase guided me on how to install it myself over the phone! I will not call any other HVAC repair company ever again after my experience with the professional and helpful work from Spectrum Heat and Air.

Very fast, efficient and professional company. Getting an appointment was easy. Chase walked me through the inspection and educated me on my air conditioning unit.

I will definitely use Spectrum again.

We experience an emergency situation, in that our HVAC pan had deteriorated and was leaking. The overflow line were clogged also. We contacted three other company's but none could help us in side of several days. A stain could be seen in our kitchen ceiling. "Chase" made time to come bye determine the problem, provide a temporary fix to preclude any additional damage. He returned early the next day and replaced the drain pan which had deteriorated and was leaking. He serviced the unit. and even offered to repaint the spot in the ceiling. Wow! that's what I call service. I would recommend Spectrum without reservation. They are professional, prompt, courteous, and service oriented.

Travis came and solved the issue very quickly. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the issue with the unit and how to best care for it. He provided incredible service and was extremely professional and efficient.

I really appreciated the courtesy and help immediately given from the precious one who answered the phone to the technician, Chase, who came to help us. Chase was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He got right on the job and answered all questions I had and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. It made a hard thing, having no ac, better. Had an old and mismatched together hvac system and the outside unit was noisy and most everywhere in home was hard to keep temperatures. For $150 they spent 3 hours checking everything on ours on our system any every way they could increase performance. Luckily they had great financing options so that I could go with the best option which ended up being a whole new system. From start to finish everything was top notch never once was pressured into anything and everyone from apprentice to service manager were all very knowledgeable professional and courteous. Would recommend to anyone needing any level of hvac work done.

Had generator switch installed tried to use heating with it learned would not be able to run with generator went back to main power and hvac wouldn’t turn back on called spectrum of course at 7pm ish answered right away and got us on schedule first thing in morning got up and running no problem

Always the best service great guys I’m a service plumber myself so I know what great service means and these guys are top of the line would never call anyone else

Spectrum has been great to work with, called in on Wednesday and the next day at 8am they were onsite. I had the HVAC system checked to make sure everything was working correctly. Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the inspection.

This is the most thorough and professional group I have had the privilege to have encountered. They are not out to sell you excess parts or services. They do what they say. They have integrity, which seems to be hard to find these days. As a contractor myself, I would recommend this group to everyone. Thank you for going above and beyond for my family! The last thing I have to say is that when employees discuss their passion for their job it says a lot about the company. This team was so happy to be a part of the team and they both showed and stated their appreciation for the company. That says volumes about the company, in my eyes.
