Appliance repair, a washing machine in my case, is always stressful since the priority is speed, and picking someone on Google is a roll of the dice. In this case, Oleksandr and Excellence delivered. He was early, communication for the dispatch was clear and accurate, and the diagnostics and repair were done confidently, with clear explanations at each step.

Oleksandr was kind and diagnosed the problem with ease. He also fixed the issue within an hour. I did have sticker shock as I don’t know the price of parts or labor but comparatively a fair price to pay so I don’t have to hand wash my dishes.

I had Excellence Appliance Repair come look at my LG washing machine and could not be more impressed. Within minutes of my appointment request, I got a text saying they could have someone to my house within in an hour! Artem was very professional and quick. He was able to replace a pump motor and get everything in working order again. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
