This company is great. Their person Kevin was at our house very early this morning and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly. He was honest and thorough.

Great experience and process. Got all the appliance info up front and scheduled same day. Friendly service and fixed my oven in one trip!

Michael arrived on time, very courteous and professional. He resolved our problem with our ice maker. We have also used him for a issues with our washer. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend his business!

Kevin B was on time and very intelligent and explained the situation with my vent hood and helped me find a replacement product online. He also looked at my washer machine, same trip, with no prior warning.

Kevin was polite, knowledgeable, and fast at providing service. While he was unable to quiet our spin cycle on our Samsung washer (the repair cost would be excessive to the point of not being justifiable) he was able to give us good information to make an informed replacement decision. Apparently this Samsung washer has a manufacturing defect that causes the spin cycle to be VERY loud. Would gladly use Travis County Appliance Repair in the future.

Travis County Appliance Repair made it SO SIMPLE! I went to the website, submitted a request for serview through their online form and was immediately contacted by text to complete the booking to have the repair made the next day!

Kevin's work was quick and professional. He was creative in solving a problem with the original microwave installation, as well as repairing the display. We are really pleased with the service.

I appreciated the level of professionalism Michael exhibited. He got right to work diagnosing the problem and although I had hoped for a better outcome, the technician was worthy of a five star review.

My cooktop fix was simple and quick, but Kevin explained everything to me. Answered questions, showed me diagrams from the repair manual on his tablet that he had already looked up. Warned me that a number of parts are no longer available. And helped search for replacement options in the future. I love it when companies treat you like a partner. Will definitely be using them for any future appliance issues.
