Joe does the best job on repairs. First he’s always timely for his appointments and very communicative and reliable. Additionally, his work is impeccable - and he always ensures to ask you as the customer for your thoughts prior to executing on home repairs to ensure they look exactly how you want them. The spring and arm on our attic door in the garage recently broke, and I wasn't able to fully close it or open it. I was also concerned it might fall. Joe and team were able to come and take a look within a day to see if it was repairable, and if not, safe enough to leave as is while waiting to replace. Joe and team definitely made the effort to repair the door, but in the end, a new door was needed. The work was top notch and the new door is definitely an upgrade from the original. Joe's responsiveness, constant communication about the status of the project, professionalism, pricing, and quality of work were exceptional.
