Mixed experience. They were quick to answer the phone and schedule an appt. But no call before showing, and they tried to extend time spent at my house during the billing. The work was done but this is not a local company -- this is a large national entity with some concerning behaviors.

Absolutely terrible. Promised a technician would come out same day. Made me pay for a membership up front. I stayed home all day waiting for a call from the technician and never heard anything. Finally when I followed up, they backtracked and said someone couldn’t come out and the woman couldn’t even get in touch with a technician. We had an urgent electrical matter and lost a full day waiting for these people.
