I have been using City Electric for the large majority of my materials since I started my company Strickland Electrical a year ago. They have been beyond helpful with providing me with the tools and materials necessary to complete the vision of my customers. Whenever I have a question or materials list. I just email Conley directly and he goes above and beyond customer service to provide. If they don't have what I need they always give an alternative. I would 100 percent recommend City electric in oak Hill. Conley's customer service has made a permanent customer of my company!

Triple check with them that they do indeed have your part. Drove over 20 min to find out that they didn’t have the right breaker. 40 min wasted.

Purchased a meter loop and pole so I thought. Was not at the location when they said it would be so they had to deliver it to the site 5 hrs later. Was not what I asked for and charged me a 20% restock fee. Absolute terrible customer service.
