I had electrical problems so I went online a booked an appointment online on Sunday. I got to select the time on Wednesday. However I was contacted by the company and was told a electrician would be showing up on Tuesday at 9 am. So that was awesome Mr. Deardorff showed up and was knowledgeable and professional. Did the home safety check and resolved the reason for the call.

My experience with Mr. Electric has been AMAZING!! The electrician we got (Jon Sangre) was so thorough, nice and professional. We have an old house and he walked me through everything going on and explained it all so I could understand. I would recommend to anyone. Best!

Had a great experience with Mr Electric who had been referred to us by our plumber! Max was our electrician and he was wonderful. Took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and then went to get the supplies needed to fix the issue all in a day so we weren’t inconvenienced. He was quite knowledgeable and competent and very kind and friendly as well! A bonus in my book! They even called to see if he could come earlier which worked better for our schedule! Excellence from start to finish! Will definitely use again!

I appreciate how easy and transparent everything is with Mr Electric. I’ve worked with them a few times. Calvin was prompt, courteous and helpful—he cleaned up some old electrical runs and install a new light out front.

Brian is a very knowledgeable and pleasant electrician. He replaced our outdoor breaker box last April when it was discovered that one of the large feeder wires to our property had melted the insulation and was a fire hazard. He did a great job, and we feel a lot safer with the new box. When it came time to replace our sub panel indoors, we didn't hesitate to ask Mr. Electric to do the work and were pleased that Brian was our electrician again. We trust him.

The technician who completed the work was extremely thorough and provided a detail explaination of his work. He was courteous and cleaned after.his work. Very impressived with the time he spent at my house providing me a comprehesive list of issues to consider that were safety or good maintenance related items..

We unfortunately had to rewire our entire electric system after a huge storm. Douglas did a fantastic job across the board. We were very pleased with his excellent communication, professionalism and quality of work. Highly recommend.

Peter was so helpful as he worked through our electrical issue. He was detail oriented in his approach, and didn’t miss an opportunity to teach my wife and I whenever possible. He spent extra time with us to ensure a proper result, even researching information about our product online. We couldn’t be more pleased with his professionalism and high level of service.

Outstanding job all around. We recently had some “major work” done on our Georgetown home. Brian was our master electrician and he was a dedicated professional throughout the entire process. After several quotes, we decided to go Mr Electric and are very happy with the results!

We received an appointment next day, had seamless communication throughout. Our electrician, Calvin, was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. After performing a whole house inspection he was able to address our issue promptly. Will use Mr. Electric for any future issues. Thanks!

I had Mr. Electric install a whole-house surge protector a while back, and I cannot express how grateful I am that I made that decision. A lightning strike hit a power pole right outside my window last night. It was loud, bright, and genuinely terrifying. The surge was powerful enough to snap the line in the street. But thanks to the surge protection system Mr. Electric installed, I was reassured that my home and electronics were completely protected. The device in my garage still showed a green light afterward, which means it worked as designed. Their work was professional, efficient, and clearly high quality. In a moment of real danger, I saw just how important it was to have this system in place. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting peace of mind when it comes to home electrical safety, especially with the recent storms we have been experiencing.

Zack did an amazing job installing a power outlet in one of our attic/storage area. He did a free inspection of our electrical system and provided us with some valuable feedback. Definitely recommend him and MrElectric for any electrical needs.

Electrician came at the agreed time and provided a reasonable assessment of the work required and options available to complete the job. The agreed work and corresponding price quote were within expectations and the quality of work was excellent.

Had a sizable amount of electrical needs done. Booking was self-serve and extremely easy to do online. Zach showed up from Mr. Electric and was incredibly professional and consultative through the entire process of decision-making. Nothing felt Sales-y and the entire customer service experience from to bottom was nearly flawless. I would recommend this company to anyone including my elderly in-laws because of their professionalism and trustworthiness.

Zach and Calvin listened to my electrical issue and did their complimentary safety check. Respectful of my home, they used shoe covers. They presented the estimate that pointed out the recommendations and were never pushy or upsell anything else. They were honest. I had one of the breakers upgraded and installed a surge protector.

Our experience with Joe was outstanding. He responded to our request for electrical help quickly and was able to fit us in the same day. He provided us with a complete survey of the electrical needs of our home but did not pressure us to do more than we had requested to solve the immediate problem. He explained everything in great detail but in simple terms we could understand. He promptly completed the work we agreed on and explained exactly what he had done.
I will definitely call him again and will be working on the problems he suggested we take care of to increase our home safety and efficiency.

Zack from Mr Electric was professional, courteous, helpful, and provided quality work for installing our generator inlet. He walked us through how to use it when he was finished and included written directions for us to keep! He also helped us figure out what cord and adapter to buy. Would definitely use them again.
