The electricians that came to the house were kind, knowledgeable, thorough, willing to explain anything asked, made suggestions, and were accommodating for a special needs young adult who was obsessive and a bit too involved!

Could not be more satisfied with these guys. love my new business website. Making changes or edits are as simple as making a phone call which they answer everytime or sending a quick email. The web developers are obviously on top of there game, the customer service employees are on point and courteous with every phone call conversation we have. As a business owner myself I can tell you management is doing a top notch job in all aspects of operations. If it was an option I would give them 10 stars. **********

Had fuse box replaced with breaker panel several years ago with great results, so am using Rand Electrical again for putting refrigerator & microwave on separate circuit from other appliances & adding a light over the counter. Tech was great in giving the estimate & arranging a very quick date for installation.

Everyone I dealt with, from the quoting to the scheduling to the actual crew, were polite, efficient and professional. I had numerous pot lights to be installed in a 25 year old house. The crew managed to do the work without making any holes in the drywall. They cleaned up each room, nicely, when they were done. They were also eager to solve some strange electrical issues that others refused to tackle.

I used Rand Electrical to trouble shoot a bad neutral wire in a circuit that past electricians could not fix. Rand Electrical showed up on time and was very professional. We discussed my options and potential costs. He resolved the issue, explained to me in depth what the problem was, and how to prevent it in the future. Overall my experience was excellent, they was professional and reliable; I would use their services for all future electrical needs.

We have been Rand Electrical customers for a number of years. We also have had many professionals from them and other companies come to provide a wide variety of services, including annual reviews conducted today. Sam , who did an annual review, was one of the most professional and thorough service people with which we have worked. We hope that if we go with the bid he wrote up for additional work on our pavilion, Josh will head up the work.

Our first experience with Rand Electrical was outstanding. They did an excellent job. Not only was their pricing excellent, they saved me a lot of money and hassle by being able to replace old recessed light fixtures without needing to cut and patch the ceiling. They handled it professionally and we were quite pleased with the quality of the work. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Our company signed up with Custom Company Ads about 6 months ago... At first I was pretty skeptical. Online advertising always comes with a risk, and with the amount of online marketing and SEO companies out there it's difficult to choose the right company. Custom Company ads is the real deal. They were able to get my electrical services and contracting company on the front page of google and designed a very professional website for us at a very reasonable rate with no contract.

Our phone is continuing to ring off the hook and we've had to expanded our small business here in Austin to hire 5 more full time employees. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the time it took to get listed, but understand that these things take time to get listed in your area organically. With Custom Company Ads no contract policy, they have to work to retain their customers, and they don't charge thousands of dollars to start like every major advertising firm that I looked into. I highly recommend Custom Company Ads for any business looking to take on new customers

Use anyone else aside from Rand Electrical. Thank me later.

I returned a voicemail, and upon trying to sell me something and becoming flustered the agent I spoke to simply hung up on me.

promised a service that they cant keep their end on. Cancelled service 3 months ago. still til this day I'm still being charged. I've sent several emails (2) and several phone calls with messages (5)..... and still no call back to explain charges.

I was promised service they could not deliver - they did NOT reimburse the fee ($125). This is not honest business practice - bait and switch - I will complain to the BBB of Austin Texas to get some justification.
Did not expect that from a Southern company. I am located in Huntsville Alabama and represent an upstart electrical business. As such money is allotted for service as promised and expected and if not delivered I expect my money back.
IT APPEARS THEY WILL SOLICIT YOUR BUSINESS - ONCE THEY RECEIVE THE MONEY DON'T EXPECT TO RECEIVE SATISFACTORY SERVICE.

We used Custom Company Ads for our remodeling company, NorEaster Development. They were a terrible disappointment. No communication from our account manager throughout our time with them. We tried to cancel multiple times via voicemails with no returned phone calls and emails to the company. They continued to charge our account. We cancelled the service through our bank then finally heard from Custom Company Ads, asking us to not involve our bank. The whole company seems sketchy and I would NOT recommend them to anyone, EVER. No results and no communication.

Personally I feel my experience with this company was bad all the way around. When I had concerns, they were not addressed except to say it takes time, it takes time. Its true they can get you placed on some lesser used sites but that was not so important to me. I was most disappointed in the overall poor customer service skills that seem to be on display whenever I emailed them.

At this point like I said this is just my opinion, but it they charged me a $1 per month for their service, I would go somewhere else and spend 100 times more.

As far as their statement that says the majority of their customers are happy and satisfied, I believe that you can look at the reviews and see that nearly 50% are rated at 1 star.

Scam. Stay away from them. Zero communication from them and false expectations. They charged me upfront for a “membership” to get access to discounts and other services they offer.

I called several times their office and no one could give me an exact time for electrician to call me back.

They have an app that shows a list jobs and when i cancelled them it marked them as complete.

Scam. I HAVE MADE A REPORT TO BBB. Stay away
