Friendly people

As for reliability Sunbelt is top notch. As for customer service, not so much. We had rented an air hammer with crows foot attachment and were told that it would be as easy as just hooking up to our compressor. What we didn't know / weren't told was that the attachment had to be 1/4". We went back to sunbelt to get the attachment and they gave me another attachment of same size. Now making 2 trips and setting us back 2 days I had enough of the run around and went to a local metal fab shot to get the 3/16th attachment crows foot. If the associate would have explained the fitting sizes in the first place it would have eliminated this 3 day run around.
