I highly recommend Terrapin Electric. On Thursday 6/5/2025 I had a circuit breaker at my house failed. I called Terrapin Electric at 3:00 pm to see if I could make an appointment with Brandee at TE but she was sorry but they were booked up until Monday. I thanked her and told her the circuit that failed has the refrigerator on it. She says let me make a couple of calls. She came back on and said Andrey agreed to come by between 4:00 and 5:00 pm. He came on time was an excellent electrician and a great guy. He solved my problem and through his thoroughness found a couple other issues that he also took care of. 5 star experience solved in 3 hours from contact to finish. Amazing. I was treated like a VIP for my small but urgent problem from the front office (Brandee) to the electrician (Andrew).

Terrapin Electric handled some electrical work at my home, and the entire experience was excellent. They sent out two electricians who were punctual, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of their work was top-tier, and they took the time to get everything right without cutting corners. It is refreshing to work with a company that delivers both skill and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Quick response time. Very well priced compared to others I checked with. Well done job especially since it was a 15 foot ceiling in a stairwell. Great job cleaning up after installation. Highly recommended.

Garrett is an excellent electrician. He installed a new light fixture for us and was able to do so without requiring any drywall work. He was very neat and fast and we are really happy with the results. Will definitely use Terrapin again.

Andres with Terrapin was able to come by for same day service. He worked in tight and hot attic conditions with a great attitude and got the job done efficiently. He was so friendly and knowledgable and left my home clean once the work was done. I will definitely be calling them back for another electrical project soon.

Andres was fantastic to work with! I reached out on Thumbtack regarding an exterior home project where old, disconnected wiring was hanging and creating a safety hazard. He came out the same day, quickly and efficiently removed everything, and made sure the area was safe and cleaned up. He was professional, personable, and realistic about what to expect. Well deserved 5 stars. There’s a reason this company has such good reviews. Loren and Justin were on time, worked efficiently, checked with us when they turned the power off to parts of the house (my husband and I both work from home) and then showed their work before leaving. We had 4 ceiling fans installed, 2 new gfci outlets put in and a switch replaced. They actually forgot to do the switch replace initially, but because they walked the job with us before leaving, caught it before leaving and did it quick!! I think one of the best parts about this company is that they quote up front. I knew exactly what this was going to cost and had time to allocate funds to the project. I have no idea what other companies charge, but I won’t be looking for anyone different the next time I need an electrician. Thank y’all!!

From start to finish, no one else I got a quote from was as communicative or transparent. They outlined everything and broke out all the costs, reviewed potential issues they might encountered, and encouraged me to get other quotes. The install team was really great. Showed up exactly as expected, took the time to do everything right. Checked in with me before moving forward to make sure all cuts were as I wanted. I really could not ever go with another electrical company after working with Andres and Matt.

What an amazing company. Jacob installed our recessed lighting, and ceiling fan. Moved numerous outlets. They were on time and very professional. Five stars. We will definitely use Terrapin Electric again.
