Great group of individuals never a dull moment and they do their best to accommodate

The group of people working at this branch are top of their game. Me personally I have yet to encounter a problem that has not resolved in a timely manner.

Joseph in inside was a very good resource - redirecting me to competition just to be helpful

Stood inside of counter sales for almost 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. Stood in front of four different people at the will call counter for a few minutes and all four were staring at their phones. One lady looked up and smiled at me, but nobody acknowledged my presence. I was looking for a credit app to open an account for a new company, though it would seem that my business is not wanted. I've had dozens of quote request emails ignored by Reynolds over the years, but this experience was beyond the pale. How do you stay in business?

Unreliable. On 2 different occasions I made appointments with Renoylds and both times they failed to show up or even call.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!
