There is a reason they have all 5 star reviews. Because they are a 5 star company. I received 6 quotes to install a hot tub box and a few outlets. OEC was by far the best option. From the first call to end of the work, they were always professional and did an amazing job completing the work. They had the lowest price, but even more so than price was they communicated and explained the hows and whys in a way that made me understand without feeling lost or dumb. I would only use them in the future and I highly recommend them.

I live in Lake County and needed a Generac standby generator installed. Unfortunately the installer in Lake County is terrible, unreliable, unresponsive, and they do not answer back with the emails or phone calls. Besides that their quotes are terrible and do not break down the items or the costs. They pretty much think that they are the only game in town……Not!
That is where U S Contractors comes in!
I found U S online and once I called, everything fell into place perfectly!
They came out right away, looked over everything, explained the process and what would be done and when they can get it done.
They answered all questions I brought up and worked with me on the timing of the project.
I received the estimate the next day with the total breakdown of every charge and operation to get the job completed. They were professional and courteous and completed the job on time. If you are looking for a Great team and Company, contact U S Contractors and U S Generator Contractors.

Working with Ohio Electric Contractors has been amazing. The team there is super responsive and has consistently got a wide range of electrical repairs and upgrades done for me on-time and at a very fair cost. These people are extremely professional, show up on-time, communicate clearly, and do excellent work.

Canon and Chris did an exceptional job replacing my electrical panel and adding a generator hookup. They were on time, professional, completed the project on schedule, and obviously take pride in their work. Highly recommended!

Everyone we dealt with at this company was pleasant, knowledgeable, and timely. The first gentleman who came out to give us a quote was a wealth of knowledge! He was able to quickly and thoroughly assess many different areas of concern for us, and was able to teach us a lot about the house a well. James and his helper (I am blanking out on his name) came out and did a lot on our house to get it up to where we would like it, having just moved in. James and the other gentleman worked two long hard days to get everything on our checklist updated. During that time they were not only pleasant to myself and my husband, but I'm pretty positive my 2 year old son and dog think they have new BFFs. Everything has been functioning beautifully, and it's a relief to have everything completed by professionals. Would definitely recommend!!

We hired Ohio Electric Contractors to replace an old light fixture in our upstairs bathroom. They were prompt, on time, and got the job done in 1/2 hour. The technician was pleasant, and he was great at explaining things. The new light fixture looks fantastic.

After speaking to the office about my needs, they were all over it and Canon was the person who did the work. It's hard to get tenants to be there on schedule appointments but there was no stopping Canon and he communicated with me everything that was going on. He was very professional and understanding to the tenants situation. Once the work was done, my insurance company kept asking for different things and as we know this could be painful. This company was so on top of things for me and I really appreciate it. My tenants said that Canon was cool, he was in and out. Canon was the third person that I sent to the house for this same repair. Thank U.S. Electric, for everything. Canon you are now saved in my phone as Electric Man!

Cannon showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. He and his coworker replaced my existing generator with a new Generac. They cleaned up everything, and explained what they did and how to use the new generator. The company was great to work with. The price was thousands less than other places, and I didn't have to wait for months. I highly recommend!!!

Recently had the pleasure of working with Canon and Nate, exceptional electricians who skillfully installed recessed lighting in our living room, a pendant light in the dining area, and a ceiling fan, also in the living room. Their work was a blend of efficiency and meticulous attention to detail, highlighting their expertise. They were punctual, professional, and remarkably tidy. Additionally, their friendly demeanor and willingness to explain each step of the process were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend them for any electrical installations or needs!

Killian and the rest of the team at US Electric were prompt, respectful, and communicative when re doing the whole electric system in a large house. They are quick but are also detail oriented and take care when navigating the space. There is no doubt that I would use US Electric for any and all issues pertaining to power moving forward. They are the best!

Canon was very professional. He worked very quickly and efficiently to repair the electrical box that was pulled off of my house due to a fallen tree. He was very friendly and took the time to explain what was done and offered to answer any questions I had following his work being finished. We had Anthony out to help us get our old knob and tube wiring in the attic updated. He was able to get everything updated and brought to code pretty quickly, so we could install extra insulation safely. He also fixed a series of overhead lights, solving the flickering issues and making everything match and function with new dimmer switches. He was able to handle a handful of other minor issues that came to mind while he was here, which was really a huge help for peace of mind around the house. He did an awesome job and was more than happy to explain anything he was doing, along with alerting us to an issue he noticed in the attic unrelated to the electrical, which we would never have been aware of. The service was prompt and clear and I'll definitely be using them again the next time we need electrical help.
