Their pricing was very competitive, and Turner impressed me right away with his knowledge and professionalism. Before work even began, he walked me through the project plan to make sure we were aligned, and he checked in consistently throughout the build so I always felt informed and prioritized.

The crew that installed my 130 ft backyard fence worked quickly and clearly knew their craft. The quality of their work speaks for itself, but what really stood out was the level of customer service. I’ve worked with my fair share of contractors on home improvement projects, and Turner stands head and shoulders above the rest. He was polite, respectful, and genuinely went above and beyond wherever possible.

We had a small project to fence in a condo side yard. Turner was responsive from the beginning. Once I approved, he had his crew the next day. Excellent communication. Not the least expensive or the most expensive, but quality, reliability and the end product was a vast improvement from what was there.

Our experience with VISION Fencing Austin, in replacing our Kyle (Tx) fence & front gate, was exceptionally positive ... from our initial phone conversation with Owner, Turner T, through the planning stages, the actual installation, clean-up afterwards, & final inspection. Because Turner is so knowledgeable, he offered fencing solutions & options that most fence suppliers did not. He took the time to accurately measure all sides of fence, recommended a "Rot Board" option, for the back fence line, to prevent our dogs from digging under fence line. He answered all our questions B4 and during installation. He presented fair, competitive pricing. Our new front gate is extremely well-built. Finished sides are a welcome change from previous shoddy fence we inherited. Turner's installation crew arrived on time, as scheduled, and were polite & professional. Shall definitely refer neighbors and friends to VISION FENCING AUSTIN, which totally exceeded our expectations ... due to Turner's frequent & outstanding communications, his professional installation crew, & the quality fence & gate. Vision Fencing Austin earned a 5+ Rating!!!

Turner and his team at Vision Fencing are consummate professionals. They got our fence up in one day without a hitch and it looks great. Turner came back the next day and conducted a thorough inspection to make sure all was good. He and is team are efficient, courteous and very skilled — and the price was very reasonable. Made it possible for us to get this important job done sooner rather than later.

Let me begin by saying I research EVERYTHING. I looked at a million fences around my neighborhood for months and read all about how deep fences posts should be, types of wood, steel gates, etc. I also met with several different companies to get bids. Once I met Turner-I knew it was the right fit. He was so easy to talk to and eased my anxiety about the big project. The fence is absolutely perfect. Everything was done exactly right. The craftsmanship from the team who built the fence is exquisite and they built the entire thing in two days. We couldn’t be happier with our decision and would recommend Vision to anyone and everyone.

I contacted Turner on Thumbtack for a quote on a gate installation. He was quick to respond and provided me with a couple of price options. I was hoping for something a bit more decorative than the initial designs, and although I ultimately went with another company for the installation, Turner was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. He took the time to give me helpful advice and guidance on the direction I wanted to go, which I truly appreciated. His responsiveness and professionalism stood out, and I would gladly recommend him to others.

If you need a fence in Austin, Turner is your guy. From start to finish, the communication was clear, professional, and straightforward. Turner took the time to walk me through material/design options to work with my budget. His prices were so good, I was able to upgrade to an 8 food fence with metal posts for cheaper than I was quoted by any company for a traditional fence. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Turner is a great communicator, very responsive, and understood quickly what we wanted in our custom fence. After one call and a couple of questions he sent me photos of local projects he had completed of exactly what we were looking for.

Vision Fencing Austin were fantastic to work with. They are customer focused and did an amazing job. My new fence will stand the test of time. They are so busy that I did have to wait a little while for them to finish the job, but it was worth it. All of my neighbors are jealous of my new fence and I could not be happier.

I had such a positive experience with Turner and his team at Vision Fencing Austin! I went from a tradition 6’ wooden fence that came with the house and upgraded to an 8’ horizontal fence with steel posts and red cedar wood.
Turner was very responsive from the beginning and helped me get the requisite documents I needed to submit to my HOA. Construction began right away & he was very good at communicating with me at every step in the process. I love the finished product & I’ll definitely hire them again to do the next section of my fence!

Turner and his team were top notch! They went above and beyond what was asked. The team was quick/efficient and the work is excellent. He worked with myself and two other neighbors to help us split the cost for the job and was communicative and very professional.
