Jerry Graf was so unprofessional and very slow. He was extremely rude and will not be using these services again. What a disappointment.

DO NOT PURCHASE NORTHSTAR SECURITY SYSTEM. PERIOD.

I sold my property 10 months ago and I've been trying to cancel the service ... And they make you do all kinda paperwork, letters, memorandums, etc. .. and they still won't cancel the damn service and still charging my credit card every month. You can access just about everything except for cancellation service. STILL trying to cancel it and no luck.

I JUST WANT IT TO GO AWAY.... .

Two masked, unidentified men entered my apartment today without consent and neglected to wear gloves when touching doors whilst performing annual fire alarm inspection. I reported their failed pandemic safety precautions to building management and later saw one of the individuals loading their Northstar Alarm & Suppression System, LLC van (see photo). Do not use this service if you are concerned about contracting the virus and value your privacy.

Encountered one of their drivers on the road. Absolutely psychotic driving, swerving like a maniac and almost got into an accident with another car in front of me. Called the number listed on the truck and they gave me a fake email to report the footage of their driver to. If this is how their company acts, I can’t imagine the service they provide being credible. This is illustrated by their current 3 star rating. Look elsewhere.
