Easy drop off and pick up, of the three places I called the most reasonably priced, and they did an excellent job. Below are after then before.

I can’t say enough good things about this team.

I had a brand new 12x15 hand-knotted wool rug that suffered a major black paint spill, and I honestly thought it might be ruined. From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and honest about my options.

They clearly take pride in their work and treated my rug with great care. They kept me informed throughout the process and ultimately were able to save the rug, something I’m truly grateful for.

If you have a valuable rug or a difficult stain situation, I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dedicated rug professionals.

I took in a rug that ended up being difficult for them to clean. I wasn't 100% happy with the first cleaning, but they offered to do a second pass free of charge and put a lot of work into it. Good service and they went above and beyond.

I've had Deep Eddy clean my oriental carpets for the past 25 years and they have always done an excellent job.
They are upfront about any areas they think might be a problem, i.e. stains or pet odors, but have always delivered my carpets back looking better than they went in . For your precious hand woven, hand dyed wool carpets, they're the best because they know how to clean them without affecting the dyes in the wool that can so easily run or fade with the wrong cleanser.
Highly recommended.
