Said's communication is top-notch. He's proactive, provides clear pricing quotes, makes scheduling a breeze, and keeps me updated on arrival times. Lupita's dedication to understanding my needs is unparalleled. She takes the time to ask detailed questions about my cleaning style, priorities (like specific areas of focus or preferred products), and past experiences with other cleaning services. She truly listens and wants to ensure the best possible experience. What I really appreciate is that she encourages honest feedback, even if it's not perfect. They don't make you feel awkward for pointing out something that could be improved – they genuinely value it and use it to get better.

For example, after my last cleaning, I mentioned one item that wasn't as thoroughly cleaned as I'd hoped. Lupita not only relayed that feedback to her team, ensuring at least one of the same cleaners returned for my next appointment, but she also came to my house before the cleaning was finished today for a post-cleaning inspection! She gave her team feedback on anything that needed a touch-up and even pitched in herself, making some organizational changes and doing some light cleaning, even though she was running late for a meeting! That level of dedication is rare.

While the cleaning teams of 2-3 housekeepers typically do not speak English, this has never been an issue for me. I've been able to easily communicate any necessary information to Said or Lupita, or even use my (admittedly broken) Spanglish to get my point across. They're always accommodating and ensure everything is understood.

Lupita and Said's commitment to communication, prioritization, and customer service is unmatched. Because of my overwhelmingly positive experiences, I'm not only a recurring customer, but I've also started recommending Environmaids to all my friends. I booked a deep cleaning with Enviromaids and was so pleased with the whole process. Although I scheduled it kinda last minute, the manager was so flexible with me and managed to get me on the schedule.

When judging how well a cleaning company does I always compare it to how well I clean my own house (as I obviously care for all my things and my space). Their cleaners went above and beyond my expectations and made my home feel like it got a new breath of life!

I can not recommend Enviromaids enough. This is the best cleaning experience that I’ve ever received. My boyfriend and I have just been walking around our apartment staring at everything because we are so astonished by how beautiful everything looks. This is the best my apartment has ever looked! The staff are incredibly friendly and very hard-working. We set up a reoccurring cleaning on the spot. Lupita the CEO runs a phenomenal company and Said the manager is very organized. I recently used Enviromaids for a move out of an apartment and they did an amazing job!
No surface, corner or nook or cranny was left untouched. The place was sparkling and smelled so clean when they were done. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to anyone who needs a good cleaning!!

I needed my oven/kitchen cleaned before the holidays. Enviromaids took care of me even though I was a small job. The owner fit me in and made sure it was taken care of in time. The woman who did the cleaning made my oven and stove look like brand new! I found compassion and magic with every interaction. Thank you!

They did good work but they said they worked till 5:10 when I got home at 4:45 and no one was there. Hopefully a one-off.

We used enviromaids for a over a year, with good success early on. Most recently, communication with the office became a challenge, the team would arrive unannounced, and the cleaning products changed and created a very pungent smell in our home that we had to air out after cleanings. We expressed our concerns, and they ultimately were not taken care of.
