I never leave reviews but I really was blown away by the service I received this morning. I just had Jeremy out to my house to clean three carpeted rooms and the tile of one bathroom. He was on time, very thorough, helpful, kind - all the things you want when having someone do work in your home! Will definitely have Peace Frog back again!

Loved my experience with Peace Frog! The customer service is excellent. Cat returned my calls quickly to answer my questions and book (and then change) an appointment. John G. did a fantastic job when he arrived. He was efficient and really worked to get out the hard stains (he also gave me some great tips on how handle fleas). I know they are more expensive but worth it!

Everyone was friendly from start to finish. I have used Peace Frog twice in the last couple months. In June I had my carpets cleaned, John showed up as expected and did a great job! He let me know how long it was going to take and my carpet looks great. Yesterday, I had Peace Frog come back to clean my tile areas and seal my grout. James and his assistant were equally as pleasant and efficient. My tile and grout look like new! Soooo pleased!

My technician, Jason, was excellent and very hard working. The quality of work he performed far surpassed any other carpet cleaning company I've ever used in the past!

They are not the least expensive in town, but I was not looking for cheap.
I was looking for the best quality at a reasonable price and Peace Frog is exactly that! Their customer service in the office is a pleasure to work with as well!

I've been a Peace Frog customer for years. It's a wonderful company, the technicians are professional and friendly and clearly loyal to the company. I have an annual contract and whenever I call to schedule an appointment, they are flexible, friendly, and efficient. Jason is the technician who services my home and he's always on time, works hard, cleans up, treats all the areas where there are spots, and he's always friendly and helpful. I'm a really happy customer!

Carlos called to let me know he was available to come an hour earlier than planned which worked out very well for me. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. We reviewed the order I had placed over the phone and I ended up needing one less room cleaned. He was great and charged me less than I had estimated. I’m not sure that’s ever happens with a cleaning service before. My carpets and my sectional sofa look wonderful. I am very happy with the service and will definitely be calling them again.

The Peace Frog technician was very helpful and friendly. He called to let me know that he was on his way and when he arrived, he surveyed the area and learned what he needed from me before getting started. He was fast, professional and most of all, did excellent work that exceeded my expectations. The carpet looks great again! I would use them again without hesitation.

Professional service and quality work. Scheduling might be a week or two out but worth the wait. We had our dryer vent and shower tile cleaned for $308. Best deal from a legit company.

I'm so happy that I decided to go with Peace Frog. I was hesitant because it was cheaper than Steam Team and the reviews were so positive that I raised an eyebrow. Danny did an excellent job even though I was out of town and upheld the standard shown in the reviews. My cousin did the walk through and she was really pleased. Furthermore, there was a small mix up with the order and Danny took care of it extremely quickly. I truly appreciate him going the extra mile to deliver outstanding customer service on top of doing an incredible job cleaning our carpets. I can't wait to see them in person, but I trust that I'll be comfortable moving back into my house. One thing I would say though is to pay in cash/check, otherwise there's a 3% convenience fee added. Still cheaper than some of the alternatives though. Also, you may need to take a day off because the service window can be lengthy -- however, they text/call when they're 30 minutes away so that helps. Overall, I was really pleased with Peace Frog and I'll use again.

Jason and his team were very responsive and did a fantastic job. I’ve never had such a great job with my carpets cleaned— they look brand new. They also pressure washed a deck and cleaned a patio and were flexible to figure out what was the best option to use for my deck and furniture. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again when needed.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a service coming into my home. Neighbors recommended them. Scheduling was easy. Communication was fantastic. Prices were reasonable. On time. Great work! They cleaned two wool rugs and a white chase lounge(well it was white again after they cleaned it). Jacob was our technician and he gave A+ service. He’s very knowledgeable. Also I love the ads and philosophy. I don’t see me using a different service provider in the future.

We have been using Peace Frog services for years (for both our apartment and home). We always get compliments on how bright our carpets are from friends who visit our home. Not only was Peace Frog's quality of work excellent (shout out to technician: Danny) - but so was the customer service in scheduling the appointment and accommodating us on such short notice!

I reached out to Peace Frog in a bind and they were able to get me in the books with a "best guess" quote and their technician measured and updated the quote day of - they were not too far off. I appreciated their promptness in response, their professionalism, transparency in communication, punctuality and quality of work. Danny did an excellent job, our tiles look great! The team is well run and everyone is on the same page and communicates the same message. We would absolutely hire them again!

We contacted Peace Frog for carpet cleaning and was given an appointment for the next day. The technician communicated by text 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived early in the promised time window.

The technician, Carlos, was professional, friendly, and listened to my concerns regarding my carpet. He communicated through each step of the process, was careful with the equipment, and did not make any mess.

I was amazed by the job he did in rehabilitating the carpets making them look brand new again. Peace Frog, and Carlos, exceeded my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone.

Danny was amazing!!! So kind, professional and knowledgeable. He was right on time and did a fantastic job. He was very careful and thorough and I felt very safe. We were impressed when my wife and I used Peace Frog last year for carpet cleaning, Martin was very professional and helpful. We had to use them again for carpet cleaning after our flood repairs were processed. Steven who came out on 1/15/18 was also very professional and paid attention to the areas that needed cleaning. We had out grout cleaned in the tile floors in the master bathroom and it looks great. Both times we were called to let us know what the ETA would be and both times carpet looked great. We would recommend Peace Frog to all our friends and co-workers. This company is a joy to work with and Leah Carr the office coordinator was also great.

Peace Frog's customer service is exceptional. Jason is not only helpful, but also does a great job cleaning our carpets. We appreciate the time he spends explaining things and making sure that we are happy with the outcome of the carpets when he is finished. We recently moved from out of state to the Austin area. Our rental home had beautiful hardwood floors, until you stepped onto them. They were not taken care of or cleaned properly in a long time. I contacted Peace Frog and they sent someone out the next day for an estimate. Jason was amazing. He took the time to talk to me and told me what process he would use to remove the built up grime. They got us in really fast, and even cleaned our kitchen tiles up! I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. Thank you Jason and Jeremy for a wonderful job!!

I have 3 year old carpet that has been moderately abused by 2 dogs, 2 cats and a daughter who is quite messy with her makeup. After several pet stains, oil from pets coats, smeared makeup, and drink spills developed, I figured it was time for a carpet cleaning and began the process of vetting cleaning companies. From the 1st contact, Peace Frog really stood out from the other companies! While speaking with Justin McBride on the phone, he was thorough, listened well, friendly and pleasant. He repeated my concerns back to me and asked clarifying questions, it was a positive experience. They sent a rep to my house to evaluate the job and give a quote. I really appreciated this, because 2 other companies just gave an estimate over the phone without even knowing what the job entailed. Jason Schmidt, the technician who came to my house and gave a quote, explained their entire processes to me, was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered several solutions. He didn't try any "hard sell" tactics either (a different company tried this approach and it was very off putting). It was a good experience and a honest price, so I booked the carpet cleaning. Peace Frog sent over Jeremy McKnight, the carpet cleaning technician, and again I was taken back at how friendly and professional their employees were. Jeremy, asked great questions, showed that he listened to my concerns, was personable, and communicated everything extremely well! You can tell he really cares about his customers. He did an outstanding job lifting the stains from our carpet. The carpets look brand new, the house smells great, and we're all super satisfied with our experience in working with Peace Frog! You seriously cant go wrong with using them! Do yourself a favor, and book this company for your cleaning needs!
