Karla and Carmen with The Cleaning Authority completely turned my house around. The cleaning they did was incredibly through and concise. It was very evident that they work well together and as individuals. They are trustworthy and had a great attitude through and through. I am incredibly grateful for their service and cannot wait to have them back! I came home feeling refreshed and like a weight was lifted off of my shoulders.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for a couple of years and I wouldn’t be happier. Martha and Carmen (Team 2) are wonderful. Friendly, efficient, nice to our cats 🐱 and I love having them as our regular team. I feel that the rotation system that TCA uses is effective and ensures that your entire home gets a thorough cleaning. They are also very reliable and have never missed a day!

Ever wish the cleaning service you've been using for years treated your home like you were a first time customer and they were eager to land you as a client? Well I've been a client of TCA Austin for years and today with a new crew my home looks like they serviced it for a new customer. I used to think getting a new crew was a disruption but boy was I wrong. A new crew pays attention to details because they are seeing it for the first time. They treat every surface with care, eager to impress. They are efficient and effective. I love this company, and every crew they send to me. And I believe you will too.

Remember when you were little and your favorite day of the week was Saturday? Now, much older, my favorite day of the week is The Cleaning Authority day! It is a day of joy with a sparkling clean home and a day of happiness knowing that the cleaning team has treated my home as if I was a member of their family. Every other cleaning service gave me a list of things they don't clean. TCA gave me a plan for how everything would be cleaned. That's a mind set I appreciate and their work is exceptionally good. Thanks as always for the consistency and professionalism of your cleaning teams.

Amazing job! I have a large house with kids, dogs, cats (and my mother-in-law). It’s a big job but they arrived promptly, and cheerfully went right to work. The clean they did is amazing and the house looks like it’s in a magazine. They are extremely professional and the management runs a tight ship. I’m absolutely thrilled! Update: Mary and Reina (Team 6) have been my team for a while now and they do just as amazing a job as the first time my home was cleaned. They truly are the best team I’ve had in 30 years and I am always impressed with not just the job, but the smiles and the professionalism they have.

I love that management holds to a predictable schedule, same team, same window of time. Karla is very friendly and follows the cleaning notes very well. Her team does a good job and doesn't cut corners. Thank you, Karla!

The team was punctual and friendly. They did an amazing job cleaning my home with every detail! I’ve never used a cleaning service before as I’ve only had individual housekeepers and their service was outstanding ..team 31 Stephanie and Sheila did a fantastic service today.
Absolutely appreciate the business side as well, everybody was on top of communication and answered my questions

I have had several cleanings this season, all of which were entirely satisfactory. However, I have not provided reviews for these services... so let me mention the Teams I have recently seen: Team Rt 21, Maricela, Carmen, Maria P; Team 30 Mirtala, Maricela; Team 30 Mirtala and Ylana; Team 78 Arlys, Sayli; Team 9 Karla and Jones; Team 30 Mirtala, Maricela. Thank you all again for your hard work.

Although the two people that came today had not been to my home before, they managed to get around and do a very good job. I’m usually quite happy with the work that the housekeepers do. My only issue with this company is just something I can’t fix and have to come to terms with, which is you rarely get the same people, their English is minimal to nonexistent and you can’t just ask them to do something special. You have to organize that “special thing” in advance. But the people that work are very nice and work hard.

Highly recommend hiring Cleaning Authority for home cleaning services. I've been a client for 9 months! I have a regular crew that comes every other week. Team 16 (Karla and Carmen) does a great job!

These cleaners are so great. They always do a wonderful job. We use them bi weekly for about a year now. Celeste and Aymé cleaned our house today and it was just exceptional. All the groups are! We love them!

Amie and Delsy did an excellent job cleaning our house today. They were thorough and even walked us through the house to ensure we liked it. They were sweet to our dogs, too! This was our first cleaning with Cleaning Authority, and Amie and Delsy represented them well.

I can’t say enough good things about my family’s experience with The Cleaning Authority – Austin. Every step in the process – the initial call, the tour of the home, the cleaning service, and the follow-up – was organized, efficient, and thoughtful. In fact, they went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the initial deep cleaning and that we understood their process for subsequent cleanings. Most importantly, I appreciate the way we were treated by everyone from the management team, supervisors, inspectors, and cleaning crew. I have only done my initial cleaning, but so far so great! The team was professional and kind and they really took their time with making sure my house was spotless.

Loved their communication and ensuring I was updated every step of the way! I also like they have an app for me to reference. Excited for my next clean!

I’ve worked with TCA for several years, and I’m really happy with their service. Team 25 with Carlos and Mercedes always do a fantastic job! They use my preferred cleaning products, and they even changed their process to clean my kids’ rooms first so their naps aren’t interrupted. So grateful for them!

Yesterday Team 6 (Mary and Amanda) cleaned my home and did a thorough job. Every team I get from TCA is good but Team 6 is one of my favorites!

August 1st we had The Cleaning Authority come to our home for an in-depth cleaning. I never imagined the care & attention to details our team, Carlos and Sayli, gave to our home. Plus, the Supervisor who came with them to help set their day up was so very kind and helpful. She wrote notes of things I mentioned, walked through the house with me and went over her notes with Carlos & Sayli. VERY PROFESSIONAL! Another shout-out to how thoughtful Mr. Hess was to communicate with me, answer all my questions and was very kind in every interaction we had. I might mention this company uses safe, quality cleaning products. Our house did not smell of artificial scents when Carlos & Sayli left. THANK YOU, Cleaning Authority!

One very special shout out to Sayli was how she cleaned my bathtub. My oldest son is 48 years old. When he was old enough for tub baths, I put decals down in the tub to prevent him and his little brother from slipping in the tub. After they outgrew the need for those decals I did everything I could to remove them, even resorting to scraping at them with straight edged razor blades. I did remove the decals, but I thought I scraped the porcelain finish off of the tub bottom in the process. I have scrubbed, used every product recommended, used boiling water to try to soak stain away, but I was never successful in my efforts remove the damage I did trying to remove the decals. I thought the only way to have a nice white, mar free tub was to either replace it or buy a tub refinishing kit. I have done neither but just lived with an ugly, dirty looking gray bathtub all these years. When I walked into the bathroom as Sayli was finishing I looked down and saw WHITE! Not the ugly gray, marred bottom on my tub. Plus, it feels smooth again! I cried!!! THANK YOU, Sayli! Thank you!

Carlos tackled dusting & cleaning/polishing … EVERYTHING! Baseboards, table lamp shades, my bookcase filled with grandchildren photos, mirrors, and full glass storm door, vacuumed & I know did so much more that I have not listed. They both worked steady and cheerfully, I heard Sayli humming as she worked. She cleaned my kitchen and it smelled so good. I don’t know what she used on my granite countertops, but they gleamed and smelled so good!

I HIGHLY recommend The Cleaning Authority. As soon as I can, I will be having them come back.

My first clean with this company. Got the full house deep clean and am overall pleased. A team of 2 worked diligently and were clearly very organized in their teamwork to the finish.
It feels so good to have my ALL of my house cleaned at same time! Thank you Team #14, Delalis & Neylin for job well done. I feel free from the burden of cleaning now and can look forward to more time for play or to just be leisure.
