Abacus is a great company. If you have any plumbing issues Abacus is the company for you. Teddy came and fixed our problem we had with our plumbing issue. I recommend Abacus two thumbs up!!!!!

Abacus services my Generac generator. They are always available for a repair and prompt at arriving. The guys are knowledgeable and professional and always get the job done.

Im giving a 5 star because of the gentleman who came to find my problem. He found it in less than 5 minutes. He told if we fixed this bad wire, both my bathrooms would work. As well as my outside plugs. Better than the company who said I was good to the box. It's before the box. Thank you. Glad I called you

An urgent plumbing repair arose during some home renovations and my wife and I were scrambling to get it fixed. Not only was Abacus the first out of four companies to have a real life person on the other end of the line, but they were able to come out within a few hours of the issue.

Upon arrival our tech, Jared, got right to work in identifying the problem, provided a quote for his work, and immediately started to fix our broken pipe. He was finished inside of an hour, on time and under budget.

What we expected would take days and cost an arm and a leg was resolved within hours for a very reasonable price. This was our first time using Abacus for a plumbing repair, and while we hope to avoid such issues in the future, the company will be our first call if it happens.

Very happy with the help I got on my electrical issue from Aaron C. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely call him for any future issues.

Just got an estimate on 5 ceiling fan installation, the contractor (Matthew hicks) also gave great general advice on other stuff around the house. Very friendly.

Nicholas was great! He was on time and very courteous. He checked my toilet and showed me the problem and told me the cost of the repair. He had the parts needed in his truck and repaired the toilet quickly. Abacus has always taken care of my plumbing, electrical, and HVAC needs and I would highly recommend them.

I had a water leak called abacus and had a plumber. Come out he checked and determined it was a dishwasher leak out plumbing was very courteous and professional. Will definitely call. Abacus for any problems. They didn’t charge since there was nothing wrong with plumbing.

I previously had service done by a couple of other companies. One of which I did their service membership for over a year but eventually I became fed up with the upselling each and every time they came out. I’m talking about you SALT. Nonetheless, I signed up for Abacus service to give it a chance because as you all know houses require maintenance. I am really glad that I signed up with Abacus. They immediately scheduled the maintenance on my tankless water heater. The best part is when my service tech, Angel, came out he did exactly that, service. No upselling just good honest service. I highly recommend Abacus for your service needs!

Abacus just installed our water filtration system and water softener. We're very happy with the work they did. We're considering them for our monthly subscription that comes with annual or semi-annual system checks. Would recommend them.

I was out of town when Austin water notified me of a potential leak in our house. We had a neighbor shut our water off but then set up time for Abacus to come first thing in the morning when we got back in town. Drew was super helpful! He walked us through options, confirmed the leak and had everything fixed Bru quickly. The install was great and everything was very clean.

Abacus installed a new high pressure line and water heater a couple of years back. Top-notch service - clean and professional. Then this week, the heating element went out. Well, they took my call on a SUNDAY, came out within an hour of speaking to me and handled the warranty process from assessment to repair. Can't recommend these guys enough!! They are so friendly, responsive and do fantastic work. What more do you want?
