ABACUS Plumbing truly came to our rescue during a last minute issue in the middle of our kitchen remodel. They were responsive, professional, and quick to get someone out when timing really mattered, which immediately took a lot of stress off our plates.

Technician Jared Melton was outstanding. He clearly knew his stuff and worked efficiently and was clearly focused on doing the job right, not just getting it done fast. He was calm, respectful of our home, and incredibly professional, just exactly the kind of person you hope shows up when things are already stressful.

Overall, we were extremely happy with the experience from start to finish. ABACUS delivered when it counted, and Jared is a huge asset to their team. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again for the next phase of our kitchen remodel. Highly recommend.

Ethan did a great job of same day
service for a gas leak at the furnace in our attic. He is very professional. I highly recommend Ethan for his excellent service at our house.

Excellent experience. Same day service, Technician was on time, did not leave a mess and best of all fixed my toilet drain. The company has a tracking app to update when the tech will appear; a good thing cause no need to make follow-up calls while waiting..

Wow, same day service! Loved the flat rate! who does this?...no one we found this in these guys. He deduced the problem and why, noted the state of our fuse box. Wow, in no time flat our lights were back on. He was friendly, respectful at all times, high quality service, and incredibly efficient. Issued their flat rate and all to $206 and out the door. This is our discovered goto!

Tim an Garrett were fabulous, Tim was at my house yesterday and I needed a new water heater and then Garrett was with him today to install the new one, both were very professional and answered all of my questions, I highly recommend Abacus and will be signing up for VIP with them!

We had a storm come through Austin and I lost hot water. After ignoring the problem for a day I googled plumbers and found that Abacus could come out that same evening.

Jonathan arrived on time, ran a diagnostic, walked me through my options, and had the hot water back on in no time at all with clear advice on how to make sure it doesn't happen again.

It's only January, and they were the best call of the year.

I just joined the VIP program they offer, so I have had the electrical inspection and the HVAC inspections so far. And we had to have a doorbell chime replaced and they came to do that. Great communication, nice people, professional service, and it is lovely to have one company that we can call for plumbing, electrical and HVAC stuff.
To add to this post, Tim just came to do it plumbing inspection as part of the VIP program. He was professional and knowledgeable as everyone at Abacus has been.

Omid did a great job in our home fixing a kitchen and bathroom plumbing issue. He was patient to explain the process and the job he was going to perform. He also took the time to inspect the completed job and provided pricing upfront. I am very pleased with his work and professional demeanor. I would definitely have him welcomed again thru Abacus Plumbing.

Called ABACUS to come check out the lost of water pressure and possible leak underneath the slab. Dustin was the first technician to come check out for my water pressure issue, he was very helpful and informative. Dustin and tech checked prices for other work and we saw ABACUS had discount for sewer cleaning. Told him I would like the service. Andres Barriosnueva came out and provided the service, he suggested we did a scope to see if we had a sewer issue. Andre was very informative. Scheduled that service and Donald came out to provide the borescope service. Donald was very informative and provided a quote for a service. ABACUS team was very informative and helpful. Will be using them in the future for the quoted work.

Teddy was great! He came in an did an inspection of our shower. Identified and explained possible problems and solutions. Adjusted our shower handle, which seemed to have possibly fixed our heating issue. All in all Teddy was very professional and thorough!

Abacus and their technician Pedro were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I was kept informed via emails and texts of the appointment date and time, as well as when Pedro was on his way and at his arrival. In the process of the requested yearly gas furnace inspection he was very gracious, informative, and knowledgeable about our system, what he was going to perform and afterwards, what he had done with pictures to back it all up. He took his time doing the job and in explaining everything in detail. His care and professionalism was demonstrated in so many ways, even to the point where he put protective covering over his shoes to walk three feet into our house to look at the thermostat. He then emailed his report and the pictures he took for me to have on record.

I will use Abacus again and definitely request Pedro to be our tech.

Abacus came out at no charge very quickly on a Sunday, due to a suspected leak (which ended up not being), and Donald was our technician! He was super nice and helpful! Highly recommend!

So I recently signed up for the Abacus VIP membership plan and boy does it live up to its name. Since signing up, Abacus has reached out to help me schedule various services that are part of the plan. That is greatly appreciated because the last company that I had a similar plan with expected me to call to schedule service. In other words, if I got busy with life and forgot, then no service would happen. This in my opinion is unacceptable. That is why signing up for Abacus and seeing the service they provide compared to others that I have had feels like a breath of fresh air. Today, I had service done on my furnace. My technician, Benjamin Vargas, was highly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the service he would provide and the after report of things to keep an eye out for. Good honest service. It should go without saying that I am extremely pleased with my decision to sign up with Abacus and would highly recommend them to anyone needing service on their home.

Donny provided excellent service. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about electrical wiring. Removed old fixtures where the ballasts had gone bad, replaced with line voltage wiring and new LED bulbs all within an hour. Very pleased, highly recommended. A++

Thank you Nash for repairing my generac generator today 10-14/25. I appreciate the professionalism and friendly disposition. Nash quickly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the repair process to me, answering all of my questions with patience. He was very efficiently and fixed the issue with no fuss.
Thanks to ABACUS for having experienced detail oriented technicians, now my generator is working perfectly and ready for the winter season. Thank you Nash for being patient and respectful of my questions which I appreciate as a woman. I highly recommend Nash for any service needs.

Ethan came out today to service our water softener. He was super nice, professional and helpful. We had questions on potassium vs salt. Ethan took the extra step of verifying with the manufacturer what our best option would be. We love Abacus and Ethan is a great asset to your company

My technician, Brandon was very professional and polite. My issue was a very simple fix and he did not charge me. I think that Abacus plumbing is a very good company. This is the second time that they come to my house for easy fixes and no charge. I will continue to call them because, I feel that the time that I do really have a problem, they will be very fair with me.

Donald is an exceptional plumber. He knew what to do when he saw my outside water leak. He was very professional and walked me through the work he was doing. What should have taken two hours only took twenty minutes. Good job Donald and Thank You Abacus.

Donald Garrett was fantastic. He had to keep coming back to finish our installation but he had an incredible attitude and was eager to appears do his best work. Even after very long days, he still had a positive attitude and completed everything perfectly. Abacus is a great service company and Donald was an amazing plumber.

Today we had our gas water heater diagnosed and replaced by Donnie Garrett and his helper today was Andres. They worked very well together.
Donnie spent time with me to answer the many specific questions I had about our gas water heater and the service he provided to diagnose the issue with our water heater. I learned a lot from him and he was patient and kind to wait for me to note his answers to my questions. He also went over the process of replacing the water heater and the hoses and items that would
come along for the connection of the new tank. He was very thorough in his explanations and I so appreciative of him taking the time with me to understand about the parts and how they all works together. I wrote 3 pages of notes and things I learned from him about our gas water heater. He was very helpful to me and I appreciate his time, care, concern and respect that he show me and my husband.
He and Andres did great work installing our new water heater and were kind, respectful, knowledgeable and made sure we were satisfied with their workmanship as well as being able to answer all my questions concerning this service. They were also so helpful to us when the water came back on and let us know how it should look and sound so that I could make sure everything was on and operating correctly. They both took time with me to make sure I understood everything that would happen along the way.
Thank you for sending Donnie Garrett to us to fix our water heater issues. He is a valuable employee and has valuable knowledge and outstanding customer service skills, and truly cares about his customers and their needs.
Next time we need plumbing services and call your company, we will request Donnie Garrett to come to take care of our residential plumbing needs. He is an outstanding employee for your company and he has great teaching/training skills in this area of work and deserves to be recognized.

Johnathan just came out and serviced our garbage disposal, cold water heater, and switched our kitchen faucet. He did a wonderful job and was very informative when it came to the work he was doing and questions we had. We would definitely choose Abacus again.
