We’ve had a great experience with Beyond Wow Plumbing. Andrew came out first to diagnose the issue and handle the initial drain cleaning. He was fantastic, very thorough, clear in his explanations, and quickly got us out of our initial jam.

Later, Jason and Brendan returned to fully flush the drain and resolve the problem long-term. Jason walked us through the condition of the drain before and after the work and explained helpful preventative steps moving forward.

We’ve consistently had positive experiences with this company and highly recommend them.

I had such an amazing experience with Andrew and the office staff they were all amazing and professional. Andrew was very sweet and did a great job, took time to make sure everything was done right. This my second experience with Beyond Wow and they have exceeded my expectations both times. He explained everything he was doing and was careful with our personal things and made sure to clean up any mess. Price was fair, and they helped me with financing. Very nice and professional. Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Tyler was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He stayed until the job was done and cleaned up after he was done working. I will definitely have him back out for any plumbing issues.

Zen Gonzales did an incredible job for us on a time sensitive problem we had with our sump pump. He was communicative and checked in with us throughout the day about what he was finding and what our options were. It was an extremely frustrating problem tohave since we had just replaced this pump less than a year and a half ago. He was much more calm than we were! It was kind of a mystery as to what went wrong but he stuck with it and eventually took the whole pump apart and found a piece of an extension cord that had somehow gotten sucked up into the pump. His tenacity, his problem solving and his calm demeanor were a godsend. Thanks Zen!

Zen did an incredible job. He was respectful and knowledgeable about the entire process did things quickly and efficiently and we ended up back to normal without any issues. Would highly recommend.

Brendan , Tyler , and Jason came out to help with my pipes moving from my shower and I’ve had nothing but fantastic customer service. My pups even got a little extra love and pets out of it. Highly recommend their services.

Jason and Jr were professional and excellent at what they do. After having them out for a second opinion, they validated that there was no need to excavate under my garage. This level of honesty is rare and should be acknowledged! Thanks so much Jason and JR!

Update:
Clarence, Hector, and Juan came out today and got the job done in record time. They were professional, courteous, set proper expectations, and finished way faster than I thought! Working with the whole team has been a great experience and I’ll definitely use them again for any of my future plumbing needs.

Mr. Tyler Macon what's the technician that took care of my problem. He was really polite, nice and cool. A people person (easy to talk to) with a great knowledge of his job. Answer my questions with details. He also listen to my concerns. Gave me different options on things that I can do to solve my problem. Great experience, looking forward for more business with him.

Jason and Brendan did an incredible job and I would recommend Beyond Wow to others. I had another company here yesterday after my ground floor flooded because of a root obstruction to my main sewerage line. That company quoted me 14K to do all the repairs. I called Beyond Wow for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did because not only was their quote about 7K less, they also had a much more precise way of accessing the damage to my sewer line and were clearly more knowledgeable about how to fix the problem. They also helped me talk to the city to figure out whether or not the city was responsible for covering any repairs. I very much appreciate the service and recommend calling Beyond Wow first, before trying other plumbers.

Updating my review -- Jason came out to send a camera down the drain line and diagnose, formally, and quote our sewer line repair. He was thorough and friendly, explained everything as he was doing it, and let me see the issues firsthand. Great staff at this company!! || Today was probably the 3rd or 4th time I've used Beyond Wow Plumbing (previously S & D Plumbing). I have never had a bad experience with them. They are very communicative, and pricing is fair. The office texts you a nice headshot of the plumber coming to your house so you know the person who shows up is who they say they are. Today Zen helped us with a toilet draining issue that ended up being connected to the main line, and he was great. He explained the issue, resolved it, and is putting their sewer care rep in touch with us for a more detailed resolution that will get to the root of the issue. I'd be happy to recommend them any time.

Zach was so amazing! It turned out to be more work because of a very old tub facet, but through it all he had such an upbeat personality and never rushed the job! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a plumbing expert!!

Andrew and Jason did a great job of explaining the issues and the process of their work! Top notch! They were so nice and professional and helped us navigate a very stressful repair right in the middle of Christmas week. Cannot recommend them enough!

Excellent and extremely fast service. Our water heater went out just before the holidays and family coming into town. Talmage and Ashton were at the house first thing in the morning and got us set up with a new water heater before lunchtime. They were very kind and cleaned up the workspace and ensured everything was functioning correctly before leaving. Appreciate the great service!

Andrew was very through and professional and took care of the blocked sink. He explained all options and resolved the issue .
It was easy to book the appointment and I had to reschedule due to a last minute travel. They moved it graciously
I liked how the entire service call was handled and would highly recommend Andrew and the Wow plumbing

Kaden, Jason and Ashton came out to discuss repair options and provide a quote for a drain pipe that got disconnected from a shower drain. They were very thorough in explaining the options we had and the pros and cons of each and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend beyond wow plumbing if you’re facing a major plumbing issue.

2/10/2026: Bobby and Hector did a terrific job installing a new gas line under my house and stub out for a new meter. They finished the job and pressure tested the work earlier than I expected. I just wish the city inspection and TX Gas portion could have been as quick and efficient as they were.

Kaden even came out on day three to address any issues TX Gas had before restarting my service.

12/31/2025: Zen completed my sink/faucet/garbage disposal installation with care and special attention to detail. While finishing up the sink drain connections, he determined it would be best to replace the 80 year old cast iron piping. That was definitely the right call as those pipes had decades of build up in them and, like hardened arteries, had closed to just a tiny opening. He was able to clear the remaining gunk and my sink drains better than it has in the 28 years I've lived here.

12/5/2025: Zen was very efficient and thorough with cleaning out the kitchen drain and diagnosing my sink replacement need before installing a new garbage disposal. He and Desiree were prompt with letting me know when he'd arrive.

Andrew and Branden were excellent from start to finish. They were very communicative, arrived on time as scheduled, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was done super fast. I really appreciated their professionalism and respect for my time. Highly recommend.

Jacob, their leak detection specialist, returned after he found a leak during the week of the ice storms. I've worked with him twice in less than a year and have found he and beyond wow to be very helpful. He arrived on time, prepared and repaired the pipe to ready my room for reconstruction immediately. Jacob is extremely knowledgeable, very detail oriented and pleasure to work with. I highly recommend!!!

Jason R came out to check our sewer issues out. He was great about informing us of the plan for diagnostic, showing us the findings of the sewer scope in real time and providing us recommendations. During his service he also inspected other plumbing items and pointed out things that needed updating. He was excellent about educating me along the way. This was super helpful and insightful, especially as a first time home owner. Highly recommend this company and team member. Thanks Jason!
