Plumbing Outfitters team is amazing, today I had Jorge come out to do my yearly maintenance check (well worth the fee) he checked and drained my water heater, ran a camera in the lines to check and got a thumbs up! But then I asked about toilets needing to be replaced he provided me with pricing and made a call and Coy appears with toilets! No new appointment was needed they were able to get it done today! The guys are always amazing to work with and very transparent on pricing makes it so easy to have them on speed dial if an issue arises! Thanks Jorge and Coy! Great job!

Brandon Jones did a great job installing our Kind water softener. When he arrived he explained our options. He then went about his work and when done explained the operation of the device. Very professional service and quality workmanship.

We are in the middle of remodeling our guest bathroom. Melvin installed a vanity and toilet for our powered room and did a great job!
The vanity sink was loose after he assembled it then he had to get creative to figure out why the sink wasn’t staying. He went to his truck and change out parts to ensure it stayed secure. I’d recommend working with Melvin!

We had a major plumbing issue with a cracked pipe under our foundation, and Plumbing Outfitters was the company we called. It was a complex job that involved coordinating tunneling (handled by a third-party) and then the actual plumbing repair.

Paul and Alejandro from Plumbing Outfitters were the plumbers who took on the difficult task of drilling through the foundation and replacing about 15 feet of damaged pipe. Their work was excellent, and they were true professionals. We were also very impressed with Matt. He did an outstanding job of keeping us informed and explaining the process every step of the way – his clear communication was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation.

Everyone we dealt with at Plumbing Outfitters was great. If you're in Austin and need significant plumbing work, especially under-slab repairs, we highly recommend this local and reputable company. They handled a tough situation for us with skill and professionalism.

We called Plumbing Outfitters on Friday at about 12:15p about a water leak we found in our yard near the PRV and the main shutoff. We scheduled them to come to my home, and they were at my home about 1:35pm. They repaired the problem and I was back online by 3:15pm. Noah R was the technician and he did a great job for us and was very professional. The final invoice included photos on the finished job and checking the home pressure on the system. I highly recommend Plumbing Outfitters and our experience was outstanding.

Absolutely amazing experience with Matt F from Plumbing Outfitters! Their company was recommended to us after we did some foundation work, Matt came out twice - first to assess everything and then again to do the repair. He was extremely knowledgeable, quick to get everything done and cleaned up, and super polite and friendly. He sent us a quote after the initial assessment and waited patiently while we shopped around looking for the best deal, and we are so happy that we ended up right back where we started with Matt. He is a pro and we will absolutely recommend him and this company to anyone we know who needs any sort of plumbing work done.

I used Plumbing Outfitters to repair our plumbing under our foundation due to two separate leaks. The quote provided was very competitive and they also offered a military discount. The process from the first visit for the quote to scheduling the project was smooth and efficient. I was kept updated on the schedule with times and dates and if anything changed I was notified by Kyla at all times. Chris and Brandon were very knowledgeable and kept me updated while they were performing the work. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.
