Eddie was fast and informative in solving our kitchen faucet issue. He diagnosed hard water build up in our faucet and valves, replaced the valves and recommended faucets. I would work together again.

Used Rooterman for years. They are always responsive, reliable, and do good work. Particular shout out to Eddie Pollack - he's had numerous opportunities to overcharge but always comes up with simple, effective solutions. Plumbing issues aren't that big a deal anymore because I know I can just call Rooterman.

Eddie was punctual, honest, and very thorough. What he initially thought would be a quick fix turned into a huge hassle for him, but he got the job done and did not charge us more, even though he spent triple the amount of time doing what he normally does. Pricing was fair. Would highly recommend!
