The problem was fixed quickly and efficiently. The plumber was courteous and polite. My washer connections were turned off unbeknownst to me so that’s why my washer was not working and my shower pressure was low due to a clogged shower head.

Great company. Grant showed up in under an hour from the time i called in my request. Had my riser room drain unclogged in under a half hour and was pleasant to chat with. Highly recommended

We had a few problematic bidet installations from previous work, and Jesus came to the rescue. He didn’t install them originally, but he quickly diagnosed the issues, safely removed the units, and explained the entire process — including potential risks and how to prevent future problems.

He also pointed out additional plumbing issues, like the need to replace valves and rebuild a tank, and handled everything professionally. What really stood out was how transparent he was: he explained every step, showed us the different list prices, and made sure we understood what he was doing.

As homeowners, we’re always worried about leaks, and Jesus took the time to address all of our concerns. He was personable, knowledgeable, and stayed until the job was completely done. A true professional and a great asset to the company — we’d definitely work with him again. Thanks, Jesus!

Barry came out on a Saturday morning within two hours of calling. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the sewer line cleaned out in less than an hour. He was so personable and a real pleasure to work with and very professional. His Scottish accent and enthusiasm for the upcoming World Cup Soccer games was an added bonus. This company is very fortunate to have such a dedicated team member. Would definitely use them again.

Colton arrived on time told me what he was going to do and git to work. I'm curious guy and stayed with him. The camera showed the problems and Colton got them cleared with the "rooter" and then the pressure washer. The equipment and Colton were both impressive and effective. Justin came to our rescue to fix a clogged toilet in our primary bathroom. We had worked on it, but needed the help of a pro. Justin quickly assessed the situation, provided an estimate and went to work. Within 10-15 mins he had solved the problem. He was awesome!

Grant was excellent, and super fast with our plumbing needs. We have had to use several other plumbing services before that we were not satisfied with. We will be using Roto Rooter for all plumbing needs going forward!

For the last couple of days, I had been experiencing slow draining in my secondary bathroom. Since I had tried everything myself, I needed the pros to come in before the holidays since I had family coming in to visit. Well, I look up Rotor Rooter and see they had a same day appointment (score!) and I booked it. My tech came ready to handle my issue, walked me through what he found and did so all without interrupting my work day. 10/10 will recommend and call them again!

Larry did a phenomenal job. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The repair was completed quickly. I had two other companies come out and both left saying that they couldn’t make the repair. I think Larry’s years of experience made the difference. I’m very pleased with the results. 🙂👍

Justin was fantastic! He came out at 5 pm on December 23, right before the holidays, and quickly diagnosed and cleared our clogged sewer pipe. I’d started noticing my toilets were draining slower than they should have a couple of days before, so rather taking a chance on having a plumbing disaster on Christmas Day, I decided to bite the bullet and call a plumber. After calling a number plumbers, only Roto-Rooter was able to come out same day. I can’t tell you how glad and relieved I was with the speed and ease of the fix right before the holidays. Justin was professional, friendly, and efficient – exactly what we needed during a busy, stressful time. I really appreciated his prompt service and attention to detail. I definitely recommend asking for him if you need any plumbing help.

I just used Roto-Rooter at my house when I had an urgent matter. It was an underground leak in the water line to my house. I made a call to Roto and there were two technicians (Jose and Jesus) at my house in 30 minutes (yes 30 minutes) and they found the leak very fast and diagnosed it correctly (hard to know since it was underground). I have to say that Jose andJesus were in an out of here in 3 hours with the problem fixed. I have to say I was very surprised it was so effortless for them and they were smart, pleasant and respected my property and house with care and concern. If it happens again I hope to get these two guys.

Unclogged an old cast iron tub drain in record time- it’s never worked better! Evan was great, he did one heck of a job! I highly recommend them!
