We used Fannin Professional Services to clean our metal roof and gutters, and wash our exterior windows. From the estimate by Joe through to the end of the service, the personnel were helpful, informative, and friendly. They did an excellent job and Kraig, part of a team of 3, was very good at communicating what they were going to do and how it was going throughout the day and any concerns that came up. I am very glad that we choose Fannin. It is gratifying to not only get a great service but also feel appreciated as a customer. Many businesses do not get that right. I highly recommend Fannin.

Joe and his team did a great job on all 21 of our windows, 2 stories, plus 3 glass doors. They also power washed our front and back patio as well as our balcony patio. Overall, they were very professional and the price was more than reasonable. I will be using their services again!

Chris, Oscar and Craig tackled my 3 story home, driveway and walkways with superior attention to detail. The team was professional, friendly, and I add, fearless--lots and lots of high ladder work on exterior windows. This is the second time I've worked with Elefant. I am completely satisfied. I reached out to Fannin Professional Services and two other companies for quotes on gutter cleaning. Fannin was the quickest to respond, came out to my house, emailed me their formal quote immediately with several options. The service was very easy to schedule and they were accommodating when I had to change my date last minute. Their prices were very fair, and well worth it given their excellent communication, excellent service and overall professionalism. I couldn't be happier with them and will definitely use them again.

Excellent service. The crew showed up on time, and ready to work. The Elefant workers were efficient and fast. I most appreciated their attention to detail as well as their conscientious respect for my house. When they were done my windows were sparkling. I will definitely call Elefant for my next cleaning. The overall price is reasonable given the length of time it took to do the work. Also, the staff that showed up were part of the same crew that cleaned our windows last time so they were familiar with the task at hand.

Elefant Xterior did a phenomenal job on our windows. The technicians that came out spent so much care in getting the windows perfectly clean. We also had them clean an awning we have over our pergola which was so dark from the pollen and tree leaves that fall on it. The awning looks as clean as the first day we installed it and it is over 1 1/2 years old. We were astonished with how well it came back. I would highly recommend Elefant Xterior for anyone that needs their windows or awning cleaned!

Jorge and Luis at Fannin did an amazing job cleaning the interior/exterior windows and power washing of my patio areas.! My windows have honestly never looked so clean! They were very friendly, detailed, efficient and respectful of my home. They took their time and inspected everything before leaving. I’d absolutely recommend them again!

Had a great experience with Fannin. Sara and Joe were very accommodating with my requests for quotes on several different jobs. Only waited a week to get on their schedule. Craig and Oscan showed up on time and did a fantastic job cleaning the Sixties-era stone and vinyl exterior of our home, including windows, screens and walkways. They were respectful of our landscaping and property and treated it like their own. Craig even rinsed off our solar panels! Wouldn’t hesitate to use Fannin again.

We had such an amazing and personal experience with the Fannin team. They were great to communicate with and helped us narrow down some dates and times we were looking for quite far in advance. Our team that came to the house were very quick/efficient but thorough, detailed, friendly and thoughtful. They were willing to work with us and our dogs while we shuffled and moved them around as work was completed. The windows and the view outside them has never looked quite so lovely. Very professional process. Technicians performed their duties in a neat and timely manner and were very respectful of our home. We have been using Elefant for many years and the service is always consistent.

I hired Fannin Professional Services to clean my windows, both inside and out, before I had guests for the holidays. My windows have never looked better! I love how my house is filled with light. Our home has high ceilings with high windows and Oscar easily tackled them even clearing off dust and debris from the windowsills since he was up there. Chris anticipated his every move spotting him. Elefant/Fanin did an incredible job on the front of my house! They were very thorough and detailed and were able to remove the tough stains on the stone and trim around my windows. Scheduling was easy and I'm very satisfied with the results.
