We used Green Knight for a full roof replacement. We have a big and complicated roof so the estimated time to complete the job was 4 weeks. We were nervous about the potential disruption and mess. Green Knight was great at cleaning up each day and at keeping the disruption to a minimum. We are 100% happy with the job they did and would recommend them to everyone needing a metal roof.

Could not be happier with Green Knight. Truly exceptional experience from start to finish. We are restoring a 1908 Victorian Home and wanted a top quality metal roof that looks like the original cedar shake. Finished roof is exactly as we wanted; highest quality out there and looks exactly like an aged cedar shake roof. They dealt with OUR scheduling delays patiently; always understood... and checked in on us over the course. Install crew was phenomenal and everything was done on time exactly as scheduled. Everyone was a pleasure to work with - from the owners to the sales rep, to the project coordinator, to the crew. No, it's not the least expensive roofing solution out there by any means but you get what you pay for... and we are completely satisfied with what we received for the cost. We now have a lifetime guaranteed roof that is the exact look we were expecting. Simply could not be happier with Green Knight and highly recommend them for any of the services they provide.

Green Knight Metal Roofing saved us when we had to correct work done by a highly rated roof company that simply did not live up to their 5-star rating. We are big believers in reading vendor reviews before committing to big house expenses. However, this time it backfired. We hired a roofing company based on reviews and it was horrible. From beginning to end, there were issues all along the way. Thankfully Green Knight Metal Roofing was able to act as our advisor to ensure our original vendor corrected their work. The knowledge, professionalism and ethics that Green Knight Metal Roofing exhibited impressed us each step of the way. Green Knight did a fantastic, thorough job. They replaced our 45 yr old concrete tile roof. We had multiple issues as a result of our aging roof. Everyone associated with our project worked together to help solve the problems. We have a roof/upper deck connection that required custom metal fabrication. NO MORE LEAKS!!! The installation crew did an amazing job. Always on time, worked hard all day and always kept the work area clean when they left at the end of the day. We are very, very happy with our gorgeous new roof and how our house looks. THE BEST!!

I researched a few metal roof companies and products before I selected Green Knight Metal Roofing. I met Joel Kenty, the owner, at my house where we discussed my project and needs. After speaking with Joel, it was an easy decision to make. The Green Night crew was very friendly and professional. I observed the crew throughout the day not to check up on them but to learn about the installation. The crew would always asked me if I had any questions of which I did and they were more than happy to educate me on the process. I could have gone on vacation and not worry about a thing because the crew earned my trust and respect and I was confident the job was going to be completed correctly. I highly recommend Green Knight for your metal roofing project. Brett Laughlin our consultant was incredibly responsive both prior to the sale and after including during the project. This company kept in touch throughout the process to let us know when things would happen and what to expect. The crew was professional, efficient, and very friendly and the finished roof is fantastic. I took bids from 4 different companies, and I was definitely happy I selected Green Knight.

Green Knight metal roofers is a company I would highly recommend. The materials they use are superior and look fantastic. The salesman Brett and the foreman Ishmael are prompt in responding and careful with all my plants. The four man crew they used worked nonstop till the project was done. I was able to compare with my neighbor who put on a metal roof at the same time. I think our roof looks so much better and done in half the time. We are pleased with their work for sure. :-)

GREAT COMPANY!! Green Knight just replaced our shingle roof with a standing seam metal roof. The longevity and attractive appearance of our new metal roof means we won't need to replace the roof on this house again, and it will increase the value when we sell.

The company was thorough and professional from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. Brett took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped us decide what would work best for us. He developed a clear statement of work, then reviewed it with us and answered all our questions to make sure we shared a clear understanding of what to expect.

Throughout the project, we were always kept up to date regarding the status of the project (including delays and issues that inevitably pop up). Andres, the project manager provided regular (usually daily) updates which always included asking if we had any questions, problems or concerns.

The Green Knight installation crew was great. They arrived on time, did their job in a very efficient, professional and courteous way, and left the site neat and clean at the end of each day. Their skill, craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. Our job included a complex roof area that we knew from the start would be a challenge. It took a lot of work and re-work get it right, but they brought in their sheet metal Jedi to create custom sheet metal parts that enabled a solution we're very pleased with.

At the end of the job, they did a thorough inspection and detailing, ensuring that everything was completely sealed, screw heads were painted and any scratches were repaired using paint from the panel manufacturer.

Having witnessed the craftsmanship and attention to detail during the installation, we don't anticipate needing to take advantage of their 5 year workmanship warranty, but it's evidence of the company's passion for quality service and customer satisfaction. We're very happy that we decided to step up from shingles to a metal roof and that we selected Green Knight as our contractor.

Green Knight was very professional, they picked up their tools and sulies daily. They were very responsive and knowledgeable whenever we had any questions. We obtained a few quotes from different companies and really feel Green Knight had the best value and quality. They were very timely even with multiple weather delays. Perfect experience with Green Knight. We had a full roof installed along with added sky tubes. Mark was our project manager and was excellent to work with. We felt very confident with our choices thanks to his advice and planning, and I'd say he has a genuine care for the final product. Everyone involved was responsive so the few concerns that did come up were quickly addressed. The install turned out great and survived this year's big hail storm without a dent.

I recently had Green Knight Metal Roofing install a new standing seam metal roof and gutters on my 2 story home. The experience was professional and top notch from start to finish. They worked with me on the price and were more than fair on a couple of minor last minute changes/additions. The work was completed on time (just over a week) and all of my concerns (even the nit-picky ones) were fully addressed by the team. My house looks awesome! I had a great experience with Green Knight. We had hail damage and were needing to get a new roof installed. I got quotes from a few different roofers and was really happy with the quote from Green Knight - even though it was a few dollars more.

What I liked about Green Knight was that they were fully insured, they ONLY install metal roofs, and that they offered a warranty that I thought they could stand behind (as they have been in business for a couple of decades!). I was also happy with being able to lock in the price of the metal roof with my first deposit.

My only initial hesitation was how they installed their roofing directly on the decking vs on furring strips. I actually called the metal roofing material manufacturer, and spoke with an engineer who let me know that this was a valid installation method.

Overall - the installation process was super easy. It took a total of 6 days of work, and looks amazing. I would happily recommend Green Knight to others looking for a metal roof.

May '24 Update: I've decided to give the folks over at Green Knight a well deserved 5th star because they've continued to be an incredible partner with the best customer service. I've been in touch with them a few times since our roof was installed in October '23. The fast response times as well as willingness to work with us to "tweak" some aspects of our oddly shaped roof to get it as close to perfection as possible has been nothing short of amazing. Some companies out there would put you at the bottom of their list once the job was done, but not Green Knight. They continue to impress us! And now that spring storm season is underway in Austin, we're loving the piece of mind that our roof is strong and backed by a company who truly cares about their customers. If you're looking to install a metal roof, look no further. This is your team!

Overall we are extremely satisfied with how our roof turned out and have received countless compliments from neighbors and visitors about the final product, and ultimately have recommended Green Knight as a result.

I thought the sales process went very smoothly and appreciated the consultative approach. If you're currently gathering bids, I'd urge you to partner with a company who only installs metal roof products like Green Knight. After watching the install process, it became very apparent that it's much more skill and labor intensive than laying down shingles. Our entire project took over three weeks because it's truly a custom job (and after months of no rain, we finally got a lot of rain).

In general the crew kept the job site clean, though we're still finding metal shards and screws in our shrubs (which I hear is not uncommon). They did make the effort to clean up every day after work, however. I think this is just part of getting a new roof!

The last thing I'll say is that with any home improvement project mistakes will happen, so it's imperative that you find a partner that knows what they're doing and will make the situation right IF something goes wrong. Once all was said and done, I can confidently say that Green Knight is one of those companies.

If you're not satisfied with the way something is turning out or was installed, they won't abandon you once the project is complete. They're a business that stands by their product, and we're appreciative for the quality of the workmanship as well as their willingness to make things right!
