ATX Solar showed up to perform the Base Power battery indtall and from the get go they were very professional and communicated effectively! I 100% recommend them and would buy their solar option if I hadn't already had existing panels!!

While knowing about some aspects of solar panels for our house we knew we needed a solid company to work with. Fortunately we started talking with ATX Solar and found Madison and her colleagues up to the task. Madison was thorough in her presentation and spent all the time needed to answer our questions. She provided great guidance throughout the purchasing process and continued to step up when additional explanation was needed

ATX Solar were kind, considerate sales folk. Caleb helped us a ton by patiently describing the benefits of their offering without making us feel pressured. We were especially impressed with technology selection, the panels themselves are designed to isolate failure and provide you with efficient energy harvesting. The companies they partner with make financing and installation a breeze. Finally, they are always available by text or phone call if you have any questions or concerns. Overall excellent experience. I'm glad we went with ATX Solar as there are many options out there.

Caleb was the best from the very first time we spoke. He obviously knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all the questions I had and then some. He told me not to waste my money on some things I thought I needed, and got us a system that was perfect for our needs.

Outstanding Customer Service!! Caleb was phenomenal. Very personable, knowledgeable, an absolute straight-shooter, as well as highly professional. I spoke with three other companies before I spoke with Caleb / ATX Solar. ATX was head and shoulders above the others. If you don't understand your "Solar Offset", "degradation rates", and "Solar panel efficiency rate", then whoever you were speaking to previously wasn't giving you the entire picture. ATX offers premier panels with the highest ratings, highest efficiency, lowest degradation rates (meaning they stay stronger longer), and highest solar capture rates. The pricing was outstanding, and their installation partner was excellent! They made the entire process from start to finish as easy as pie and worry-free. Trust me on this - Do NOT make your final decision until you've spoken with Caleb at ATX Solar.

I have had a good experience with ATX solar. Fast install with good communication. One perceived issue was my fault. I was recieving, what I thought, were overage bills from Almika the electrical provider.

I asked ATX Solar to review my system thinking it was undersized. Upon reviewing my "bill" it was determined it was credits as my system is producing more than consuming.

Working with ATX Solar was a stress-free experience. I've been considering solar for a few years now but I always felt overwhelmed with the research process. Madison was very personable, thorough, and thoughtful throughout her presentation which answered all of my potential questions and put me at ease. She guided me throughout the purchasing process and made herself available anytime additional explanation was needed. Timing in regards to installation and inspection was in accordance to our initial conversations. The entire team was very polite and professional and respectful of my property. Great experience working with Madison! Super clear throughout the sales process and continued to keep us updated throughout the HOA approval and installation process. Installation took two days and the team was great. We’re set to reduce our monthly energy fee right off the bat and pay off the panels in just under 2 & 1/2 years... I don’t know why everyone isn’t switching to solar!

Your installation team did a fantastic job! Joel managed everything perfectly and got all the old solar panels and other old gear removed in no time and put the new panels up with the new controller on time as promised! Great work to him and his team!

I already had high expectations from ATX Solar, but Will absolutely over delivered. He answered every questions/concern me and my wife had, and made the experience so much more than just installing solar!

ATX provided excellent repair service to some of my older panels. They were easy to schedule, and provided accurate and timely communications. Joel, the team leader, provided a very clear explanation of the work and recommendations to future preventive maintenance.

Several of my micro converts went out. Between the time I talked to Jake my PM and the time they were able to secure the new converters and Joel and team were able to get everything working again was less than a week! Great service!!!

Blake and his team did a great job in installing my system. They ran into a lot of unexpected issues when attempting to build the rack for the array but they powered through the installation and didn't charge me any more than the original bid for the work. ATX Solar offers quality components with a 25 year warranty for most of the equipment. They exhibit a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction that will please any customer that chooses to contract with them for their solar installation.

I had an excellent experience with ATX Solar. Caleb was my first point of contact, and he patiently walked through all of my concerns and questions with deciding whether to get solar panels. Once I made the decision to go, I worked with Elijah and his team to get them installed. Elijah was a very professional installer and kept in close communication with me throughout the process ensuring I knew when power would need to be off, when the crew would arrive etc. It's all up and working now, and I couldn't be happier.

ATX solar installed my home batteries, solar and EV charger all in one day. From the sale to the closeout, the whole process was pleasant and I felt like I was dealing with some straight shooters.
