Ecolectrics and I have been on a journey together. In July we planned a 3.7kw system, but between then and November, we had paperwork mishaps, permit resubmissions, overlooked electric panel upgrades, and delayed installation as their crew lead took paternity time off. Despite all of that, Ecolectrics made things right by putting us first and covering our lost energy production costs while pushing the project along on their side.

Overall, we're happy with Ecolectrics and they've earned our trust when it comes to delivering solar power and taking care of their customers.

Terrible company! They don't return phone calls or emails. I've been trying to get a hold of them for over 8 months. DO NOT use them!

They dont answer the phone return calls or emails.
I purchased the panels in 2016 having trouble reaching them for service and questions. Don't do it

Terrible, just terrible. I have called them over 10 times in the past 30 days. Sent several emails and yet not a single response. All I need is an inverter replacement for the third time in two years. Even though my system is five years old and still under warranty they asked for $450 for a truck run! I agreed to pay the fee and still no response. I invested 40k in my system and can’t use it. Due to their lack of professionalism in communication and customer service/ support my bill went from $50 a month to $ 400. The worst company EVER!
