All reviews for Accredited Pools

They do incredible work and care about their clients.

We are so happy with our pool. The guys at Accredited Pools did an amazing job.

Nate is a solid human and has been in this trade (pool cleaning, home construction and remodeling, business management) for a long time. I studied with him in science, he’s smart & driven.

I have nothing but good things to say about Nathan and his team. We had them design and build our swimming pool and landscaping. They were incredibly professional and their communication throughout the process made everything so easy. Highly recommend, and 10/10 would work with them again!!!

This is the first time I have ever written a review which says a lot in itself. Ryan and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and this was by far the best experience I have ever had.
The pricing was great and didn’t change which is a first for me. The workers were great and were very detail oriented. This is the only company I have seen where the owner is at the job sight as much as the workers. Ryan is always there and answers any questions you have. There process is second to none.
I highly recommend Ryan and accredited pools. I mean what company asks if it’s ok to make upgrades and add ons and doesn’t even charge. Ryan simply takes pride in his work and what he does which makes him the best in my opinion. My family and I couldn’t be happier with the results of our pool. Thanks to Ryan and his team for such a great job.

I reached out to Nathan about a complex issue with our pump on an old pool. He showed up the same day, and went out of his way to get our pump running again even though it was a smaller job that he could have easily passed off to the next guy. He didn’t do it because it was good for business, but because it was good for people! You don’t find this kind of integrity and service easily anymore! Incredible company.

Overall great job by Nathan and his team at Accredited Pools. From the first time we met we felt very comfortable with him and felt like her understood our needs and wants. He wasn't pushy, listened to EVERYTHING we needed and wanted, and did a great job meeting our overall needs. Very prompt responses during the entire build. Would highly recommend!

Accredited was not our pool builder but while working on another project at our property Nathan and Ryan were instrumental in helping us to get through the terrible experience we were having with another pool builder. They provided excellent guidance and troubleshooting and are clearly pool experts. My husband and I regret not using Accredited for our pool build but will be using them in the future to fix problems that we have already encountered with our new pool!

Nathan and his team did a great job throughout the entire process. He kept us informed on a daily basis if there would be any delays do to weather or material issues. We were very fortunate to not have any material delays due to Nathan’s relationship with his subcontractors. If we had concerns or issues with any craftsmanship him and his dad were quick to address it and get it resolved to our satisfaction. Nathan will tell you his honest opinion and guide you through the process of building pool with the goal of you getting the product you want and incision. I highly recommend Accredited Pools Austin Tx.

Amazing experience with Nathan and his various subs. He was personally at my job site at minimum once, sometimes 3-4 times a week. His superintendent and his dad came pretty much every day work was being done.

Everything was done ahead of schedule and the only delay in the build was our fault because we decided to take our kids on vacation and held him up 2 weeks!!

Pool was perfect and Nathan made amazing recommendations and helped us work through design and build. He worked with getting all permits and inspections completed on time and even performed some minor repair stuff (cool coat issue in a small area) on his dime months after completion even though he didn’t have to.

Loved everything thing about it and I think I also gained a friend in Nathan from this experience and his friendly hands-on attention to my project. Thank you for everything - we love our pool!!

Nathan and his team at Accredited Pools did a great job renovating and resurfacing my pool. He was responsive, honest about his views / suggestions, and very patient with all of my questions. I highly recommend.

I asked Nathan for help due to an important issue with our pool built only 4 years before

He came over, evaluated all the angles and pondered on the problems presented to him

He then gave us an estimate and did exactly what he promised he would do!
We even had our pool earlier than promised!
It has now been several months since the pool was completed and I couldn’t be happier

It works perfectly and without a flaw!

If you have pool issues he is the most knowledgeable and qualified pool builder in central Texas

I strongly recommend him if you want to build a new pool as well as remodels, even complex remodels!

We can't say enough good things about Ryan, Nathan and everyone at Accredited Pools. They provided valuable advice during the design process which resulted in our dream pool. The communication was outstanding and they visited the site almost daily to ensure things were being done to their high standards. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. Highly recommend!!

Nathan and his crew design and built our pool. We love it. He dealt with me constantly worrying like a pro. I am so glad we found Nathan, I have seen other pools being built and I feel like mine is way better quality. The little things matter... coping covered skimmers and auto fill. Thanks Nathan!

Accredited Pools did a great job on designing and building our pool. They listened to our wants and needs and we are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend using Accredited Pools. You will not be disappointed with the result! Ryan and his staff are great to work with.

My husband and I decided to put a pool in the backyard for our granddaughter and a fire pit/conversation area for us, but we didn't have a clue about the process. We couldn't have asked for a better contractor than Accredited Pools, Inc. Nathan and Ryan made my experience a memorable one because they treat you like family as you go through the process and it was almost like we were building a pool for all of us. They take the time to make sure you understand each step of the process, they hold their contractors accountable, and they are super interested in making sure that you're engaged and enjoying the experience. If there are issues, they are resolved immediately. I can't keep her out of the pool despite the weather. If you're in the market for a pool, you can't go wrong with Accredited Pools... check out my pictures.

We recently renovated our home + put in a new pool. We went with Accredited Pools because they are a long time family run business… very knowledgeable and we felt we could trust them. Our project was a little tricky, so we needed a company that knew what they were doing. Nathan was lead on our pool project & made it all extremely simple. Project was done on time & exactly how promised. Any concerns were addressed promptly. Nathan and his dad were always available and still are if we have questions! Thank you Accredited Pools for our perfect pool! We are VERY HAPPY!!! 😊
