I have been dealing with a green pool for months with a different service company. I was timid to use Hill Country Pools because they cost a bit more than, but worth the money! I hired them and had a clean and clear pool within 3 days.

I've had a good experience with this company. I do my own cleaning, but I do hire them for anything that's out of my skill set. So far they've been very good about communication, and the techs seem very knowledgeable about any of the more complicated features of a pool.

I have been very pleased with Hill Country Pools in Austin, TX. They arrive when scheduled and have done an excellent job keeping the chemicals properly regulated and the pool clean. I do keep the pool clean, as far as day-to-day maintenance is concerned, but the techs, who are very knowledgeable and friendly, are here as scheduled with all necessary chemicals, et cetera, for maintaining my pool.
