All reviews for lakeway tree experts

Steven came out to spray for carpenter ants (one of the few local tree companies to do so! - the others send you to exterminators). We've had problems with this tree before and Steven came prepared, knowing when we had had previous treatments. He also assessed the overall health of our two big trees and made recommendations of things to watch for. We will come back to Lakeway Trees for any tree service we need in the future.

We only trust Lakeway Tree Experts with our oak trees! They're extremely knowledgable, very professional, and do a great job every time. They're very communicative and will discuss all potential options for individual trees and large shrubs. They also have a special tree and shrub fertilization program that helps rejuvenate plant health after ice/snow events, severe drought, and our long hot summers. Yes, you can find cheaper estimates out there, but you get what you pay for. If you love your big oaks and want to protect them for future generations, I highly recommend Lakeway Tree Experts!

The company motto is "We save trees" and indeed they do. I'd asked the crew this time to do all my trimming and clean-up in two hours. And they did - exactly two hours! They consulted with me throughout the process to make sure they didn't trim too much. Very professional and very nice guys.

I have been a dedicated customer of Lakeway Tree for 4 years-ever since we moved to the area. Recently I had my annual Tree Root Feed application performed by Steven Carr. Not only did he apply nutrients but he also inspected every tree(I have a lot of them) looking for any sign of disease or insects. He gave me a full verbal report when finished and suggested a few changes that I will implement. Outstanding service! If you are serious about safeguarding your trees I highly recommend Lakeway Tree and especially Steven Carr.

Lakeway tree experts take a holistic approach to servicing trees. What would normally take 3 different companies to perform, they do it all which makes it very convenient. Their crews are courteous and want to please. They do a very good job of cleaning up after their service. I will hire again next year for my pruning, oak wilt treatment and Aphid spraying.

We have a lot of Oak Trees on our property we had Lakeway Tree Experts do the deep root fertilization trying to keep them healthy. They have done this for us in the past as well as trimmed our trees. We have always been happy with their service.

Lakeway Tree Experts were the only company in the area that called me back. As a single home owner I often struggle with large protects and finding help when I need it. Often times I can tell i’m being taken advantage of or mislead. Jimmy from Lakeway Tree Experts was understanding of my needs, acknowledged my request without pressuring to do more work. They gave me an amazing same day discount which helps significantly as I will definitely need future help. I will continue to use Lakeway Tree Expert - they have won my business for life and I understand why they come so highly recommended.

Arlen, Ashley, & the Crew spoil us with their excellent service. They are thoughtful in answering my questions & are always helpful as my budget has fluctuated over the years of service protecting our beautiful trees. It felt like Arlen mourned with me when we found oak wilt. They are great.

Owner Arlen Fisher was very helpful over the phone when I called to ask about my oak-wilt situation. He sounded very knowledgeable and experienced, so I decided to employ his company, Lakeway Tree Experts (who are one of only three certified oak-wilt vendors in Austin), instead of the other two that I had contacted. When Lastin came out to treat our many live oaks, he too was knowledgeable, punctual, friendly, hard-working and an excellent communicator and listener. Now we are planning to also use their services for regular fertilization and insect control. I highly recommend Lakeway Tree Experts.

I think that Lakeway Tree Experts have done an outstanding job bringing our oak tree back to health after 2 hard winters and the freeze that took many of its large limbs. It's been a good two years for my beautiful tree!

Exceptional service from start to finish! The team provided great customer service, paying close attention to detail and ensuring I was completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend their tree services for anyone looking for reliable, professional care.

Lakeway Tree Experts have provided great service for our trees for over 3 years from feeding, pest prevention and treatment to general pruning and storm clean up. They keep both our younger & more mature trees healthy and looking their best.

These guys were very professional and removed a very tall, dead pie that was precariously close to large windows and my roof. They cleaned up the job site and were very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

The Lakeway Tree company's staff have always been very pleasant, polite, and professional. They are my go-to when it comes to anything relating to trees. Steven, Jimmy, and team performed their work in an outstanding manner. Very thorough, efficient and very nice guys. I strongly recommend them and Lakeway Trees.

Lakeway Tree Experts were excellent. Quick response to our request for a quote in pruning our oaks. Price was fair for 4 hours of labor. Clean up was perfect. Polite and anxious to please. Punctual on day work was to be completed. It was like an orchestrated dance with each member in the crew synchronizing their duties. They remembered to paint the ends of the branches. Their recommendations on what and where too prune were spot on!!
A 5 star experience.

Great experience. First class customer service. Everyone we worked with at Lakeway Tree experts was courteous and professional. They showed up when promised, delivered a quality job and did it at a fair price. I would highly recommend these folks.

Jimmy and crew did a great job. Explained the process and more importantly why some branched should not be removed. Very pleased with the results.

Second time having them come trim our oak trees. Steven and crew did a great job. Guys are always very friendly and hard working. They take care to make trees look great and stay healthy. Will definitely use their service again!!

Lakeway tree has performed a number of services for us over the years. Most recently they trimmed a number of trees on our property. As usual they did an excellent job. Courteous and professional as always!

I've used Lakeway Tree Experts to care for my trees on an ongoing basis, as well as for trimming and removal. Their team members are very knowledgeable and professional. Steven Carr was out recently and was very helpful in coming up with a solution to improve the health of a recently planted tree that has been suffering in the midst of the drought and heat. I highly recommend them.

Lakeway Tree Experts have been helping us keep our trees healthy and beautiful for a couple of years now. Everyone I have talked to and/or worked with has been so helpful, so nice (and patient, because I always have a million questions), responsive, reliable. Above and beyond. Can't say enough good things about them.
